There is a saying out there many of us are aware of and I find it to hold truth. It states that if you fail the the first time, you need to jump back out there and try again. My name is Colten and I'm here to do just that. I'm driven to succeed no matter what I do and I hope to find that in someone I take interest in. With that being said: first off, I am me. I am not going to change who I and I hope you respect that. I mean sure, there are things one can do to actively influence my opinions and life choices but I won't change just because you asked me too. I will now start off by stating I eat junk food wayyy more than I should. I tend to be spontaneous because I like seeing and doing new things every now and again (more specifically when traveling or planning dates). I wear my heart on my sleeve although when it comes to relationships, I won't just give it to any Joe Blow that comes off the streets because I am serious in getting to a person for who they are - flaws and all. I don't smoke weed. I may have an occasional drink or so when I am hanging out with friends but that's about as far as I go. When dealing in one-on-one conversations I tend to listen a lot more than I talk just because I love hearing about peoples lives and their stories. I swear like a sailor at times. I may or may not have minor road rage.. These are just some of the core values that make me, me. In finding a partner I don't expect perfect. I expect flaws because each and every one of us is perfectly imperfect. I honestly just want someone that can make me smile and laugh who is willing to put up with my quirks and sense of humor. I tend to go for the guys that can hold a conversation without being bored to death. I know what I want in life and I'm willing to go over the moon if I have to in order to get it.
