About Me

I love camping and traveling! To new places or even to old favorites. I don't let anything hold me back from filling up my life with amazing activities and adventures. I am very passionate about outdoor education and outdoor recreation. I work in the outdoor education and outdoor recreation with both youth and adults most my pre-BA degree employment. I also love horses; having grown up with them and also worked as an equine *** trail guide for several seasons. However, I don't have horses currently. I love learning and going to cultural events. Art museums, historical museums or any sort of learning opportunity with cultural, Anthropological, or sociological aspects. I am very active in the LGBT community. I enjoy going to he prides in different cities, LGBT film festivals, or other events than support the LGBT community. Ideally I would love to work with LGBT youth that are transitioning into adulthood. I'm native and live on my reservation that is about 20 miles outside of Palm Springs. I work in education at my tribe's school where we have preschool through ninth grade students. I'm very passionate about my native culture and educating outsiders about native culture with the goal of ending stereotypes and incorrect knowledge about Native Americans. I love cultures and understanding people. In college and majored in sociology with an emphasis and history and law/criminal justice. I am looking for someone who is down to earth and realistic. I love people who have ambition to always improve their lives, even in simple ways. I'm interested in someone who's independent, savvy, loves to learn is curious about the world, and has a passion for education. I consider myself more of a Femm with that occasional tomboy attitude of being rough and tumble. I like to dress up and be very feminine and the way I present myself in clothing and style, however, I love the outdoors and being much more down to earth then a hi needs a "lipstick lesbian". I tend to prefer women who are more in the tomboy, butch, not so feminine/ more masculine type. I'm not looking for a bi curious experiment ( as well as I am not interested in bi women at all), not to be part of a polyamorous pairing, absolutely not interested in men all (I'm 100% lesbian).
