I'm a single dad with custody of a beautiful daughter, almost 16. I am finding that as she grows, she is discovering her own interests and activities that sometimes do not involve me, lol, so I need to get out more on my own as well! I rarely drink alcohol (drunk on 1 beer), don't smoke ciggs, and I try to only eat fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds.
