About Me

Has anyone taken notice of the gas prices today? Whachya think, should we ask to have a new "mileage" option..... Within Walking Distance..... how's that? LOLDo you miss holding hands when you walk across the street or parking lot? Do you love music, reading, renaissance faires, and would like to learn some new dance moves? I like a lot of the jazz standards and would have a ball dancing to them.I love geeks, rockers, bikers, and country boys as long as they are nice guys. I'd like to learn how to swing dance, I love country music, jazz, "Martini in the Morning" internet radio, rock, some alternative. I love old rock, I like some of the newer stuff, but I have to admit, I'm an 80s girl at heart. I love live music. If I listed even a fraction of the music I liked, I'd be here all day writing, and you'd have quit reading long ago. :)It would be really nice just to have someone to go and do "things" with....If you know what RHPS, stands for...you get brownie points :)* Please remember that if you have your profile set to private, I will not be able to see it, nor am I able to respond to you.* I think it takes some time to develop a friendship, a mutual concern for another's well being, rather than just head straight into a relationship. My kids are all grown and out of the house, so it is just me and the fur babies. I'm too advanced in years for drama and games....that's for my kids' generation! I want to enjoy life with someone who sees a big wide world that still has a lot of possibilities in it! Some of my favorite movies are Aliens, Basic, the Die Hard series, Demolition Man, anything with zombies, and JAWS! I enjoy bonfires, demo derbies and fishing/camping. Outdoor concerts. Fairs and festivals including Renaissance Faires. I am totally cool with ink and piercings.I also love to read, play some computer games, and volunteer. I have a strong moral compass...I am not interested in intimate encounters. If that is what you are looking for, please save my time and yours, and don't bother... I shared my pictures, you can too.I am now a full-time student, working towards a Human Services degree, so I spend a lot of time studying.I would want to meet in public of course. Somewhere safe...comfortable for both of us...at the very least, something that we both think we would enjoy, and an activity of some sort so we don't have to just sit there and look at each other. Possibly something to get us up and moving and laughing...somewhere along those lines.. There's a plethora of ideas out there.

Respect is the greatest gift friends can give. There's just so much to tell... I can go on and on. I've traveled the world far and wide and seen it all. Yet , a great vacation.. A good back rub only for a few moments, but it can take you a world away. Simple and sweet...deeply caring and honest, this is pretty much Me! Laughter is my favorite song. Friendship is where it starts. Must take me as I am. No chance of fixing, changing, repairing....... Just a plain old "Raggedy Anne Doll".
