I’ I like to work hard and can play hard even harder. Doing things like working on a project at home, taking off on my bike for an adventure, loading up the truck for a weekend camping trip, or heading out on a Friday night to a couple dive bars, even a simple trip up to the cell towers in capital forest to see the sunset. On those cold rainy days… catching up on some work at home, hanging out with my son, watch a movie or two, playing cards, endless possibilities.Work with people who more or less have the ability to hold my balls over the red hot coals on a daily basis. And a lot of them seem to think I care because I’ll pay attention to what their saying. Government workers… what can I say. I mention this because, my tolerance for that kind of bullsh*t is low at best.The crazy since of humor that is mine... is a mixed of good fun to sarcastic/absurd. It just depends on who I’m around at the time as to how far I’ll go. ]:-> Also I’m usually quiet, with not a lot to say. Unless the subject and/or person really interests me. I’ve just always been that way. Yah… I’m not an easy one to get right off the bat. So if I pick on you and ask questions, then it’s pretty obvious I like you as a person. That’s just the way we people from the southern states are.Looking for… Well chemistry means a lot, so that would be number one. So if mutual attraction just isn’t there. Then there is no point. Having some if not many of the same interests is always good. Please be independent and at least somewhat out spoken too. I’m open to a woman who has kids… got to be honest here, just really hope they are teens or older. The reasoning is simple, single parents with small children don't always have much extra time on their hands. I remember... my two boys used to be a handful all the time.Oh and last but not least if your profile says looking for "Hang-out, Friends, Casual dating, and/or Nothing serious", sorry not really interested. All those suggest FWB or some version thereof to me. My heart just doesn't work that way.Honestly I’ve been on more than a few dates from this site and one other. None of them have been bad. I’m just picky, can’t help it. Hopefully you are too. Meeting in person or at least a phone call or two after a few messages is usually how I like to role. Just don't see the point in endless messaging back and forth. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you’re somewhat interested in a person, why not just meet them and see?     Man....talk about pressure.... you have to talk yourself up to seem confident-but not****, successful-but not self obsessed, cool-but not vain and out-going-but not crazy... okay, here's my shot at that! :) The first thing that comes to mind about myself would be the word "active." I love to be active!! I'm a Health and Fitness Teacher so I'm active at work as well as in play..... Hiking, sports and working-out make it into the rotation. Sitting by the fire drinking wine with good company..... hard to get better than that. I'm also very emotional and I love to be romantic. Having a true connection with somebody brings all that out... When it alls comes down to it I just want to find the one I really connect with. Someone I can snuggle up with for hours in bed on a lazy sunday or get crazy and play a little one on one b-ball with during a thunderous downpour while all the "sane" people run for cover. I just recently got a new camera and I am LOVING photography! The only issue is I'm taking great pics....but I'm not in them! I think my perfect match is hard to describe because in reality I don't think I fully know what my perfect mates characteristics will be. I'm looking for someone that I have a strong connection with. I would imagine that she would care about being active and in good health. Someone that has interests of her own that can be the same as mine or not. I think basically I want to find someone that I respect and admire as well as get along with and on top of all that I am attracted too.... Sounds easy! ;) Who knows!! It all depends on our interest level, time of day, time of year, location.... too many variables to answer well........ but something that we both will enjoy. And I like to design the first date so don't worry the pressure is on me!
