After having written (and re-written) several of these little informational essays, I find that it would be so much easier to sort of make a list. There, so much easier.As for detailing what I'm looking for...maybe I should make a list that too:Please be intelligent; please take good care of yourself; please don’t eat a lot of fast food; please bathe at least once a day; please have a working knowledge of pop culture before ***; please don’t ***, Twitter, or be *** minutes; please be articulate; please be able to laugh at yourself; please don’t pick your teeth, your nose, your ears or your butt in public (or - dare I say it - habitually "rearrange" yourself either); please...having teeth is NOT optional!; please like to dance - anything from Salsa to Line dancing; please enjoy singing in the car or at least tolerate it when I do it; please be generous of heart mind, and spirit; please don't throw like a girl; please understand that being an avid reader - to me - means reading a novel, not a magazine; please have good table manners; please be liberal; please don't mind getting your hands dirty; please say please…and thank you.Oh, and also: please think the sun rises and sets on me (What? A little too much?). Some of the hobbies I enjoy would include art foremost, gardening, building things, tennis, golf, biking and scuba diving when the water is not too cold. Any form of artistic expression can fill my whole day if I let it. Have to work hard like most of us, to keep a good balance in my days. How quickly one day can run into another. Will do a few travel adventures throughout the year and the more off the beaten track the better. Healthy and pretty content with life and see the many possibilities still to be achieved as an adventure. Mother of four children, all living happy lives. Just got a new Labrador Retriever puppy to take on hikes with me. Really feel a first date should be somewhere not too noisy but not too quiet either. One should be able to have a conversation without whispering and yelling to be heard. Personally I enjoy doing something, like playing a game of tennis or golf, hiking or biking and then afterwards stopping for a cold drink and maybe a bite to eat.
