Born in the burbs, moved to the city as soon as humanly possible when I was 20. Absolutely love the city. Live a block from the beach and have an amazing view of downtown and the lake. Couldn't ask for more. I don't own a car (used to, sold it--kind of pointless) and like to wander around and see what's going on.
