Looking for: man. In age: 37-47
Trying this out, have friends that used this site and had good results! Just trying to find what everyone out there wants, a true connection/chemistry with someone special! Someone to laugh with, have fun with, have adventures with, travel, etc.....I'm a very positive, outgoing person, and cannot stand drama! Just living day by day, because life is full of surprises and have to live the moment.....

Profiles all start to sound the same after awhile so I will try to keep this simple. I have a close family, I love to cook, I own my own power tools, I camp outside in a tent and I think it is important to pamper myself from time to time. My favorite things include my little black dress, live music, street fairs, funnel cake, laughing so hard that I start to cry, rainy Sundays on the couch, that high after a good workout, first kisses, red wine and great conversation. Things I hate: let start with all the unnecessary skin I see on this website. Really, guys, keep your #%$^ clothes on!! I am not going to base whether or not I want to talk / meet on how your abs (or your crotch) look in a photo. And if you are that shallow then I know that you are going just off of looks. Being attracted to each other is important, but it is the easy part, it is just DNA. Don't you want to get past that and find out if we have a connection? I know I do. I have never broken up with someone for looks, only for personality or incompatibility. How about you?I like to think I am smart, funny, compassionate, hard working and that I know how to unwind. My friends and my family come first, right up there with my significant other when I have one. I love my life. The only thing I want is someone that gets me, and adores me, that I can share it with. I have learned a few things from my online dating experience that will save us both a little time: - DO NOT *** A PHOTO. It is only fair. When you look at my pics, but you don't have any, it is kind of peeping-Tom-ish. - *** texts are great to get started, but I believe in real conversation, real dates and real chemistry. - It is not a date if you ask me out in a text message. - Don't send me naked (or semi-naked) photos, don't tell me I am hot or that I turn you on, and don't ask me what positions I like. If that is your idea of an icebreaker, I am not the girl for you. The first date should be low key and encourage conversation. It is not about what you do, it is about who you are with.

First off, I should say I am a Christian. It says so on my profile and always has. I'm not snobby about it. If that's not your thing, that's fine. I have many friends who aren't into the religious thing and we get along great. :-) But, when it comes to dating I'd like to date a guy who can respect my faith and hopefully has some interest in it himself. My faith is an important part of my life and I'd like to share that with the guy I'm with. So, sorry to some of you, but that's kind of a deal breaker. But, aside from that, I like to meet interesting people, so feel free to write me.I also LOVE music of many different styles. Its my favorite thing. Safe to say I like a little of everything, when it comes to music, and a lot of some. lol. :-) I also love to sing along and harmonize with songs on the radio. Little silly, but it's a creative outlet for me. I also do some writing.A few years ago I took up flying. Still in training mode, but very much enjoying the learning process and am close to obtaining my PPL (Private Pilot License)In my job I have the opportunity to help people with transportation to medical care. Helping people is one thing very close to my heart. I would love to get to a point in my life where I have more time to volunteer in this capacity.I'm also a very family oriented person. I am from a large family and have a big heart. I also have a very silly sense of humor. lol. :-) For a first date I think meeting for coffee or a drink is good, then, if things go well, maybe dinner. Generally I like a relaxed atmosphere so we can just chat and get to know each other better.
