I'm not trying to find someone to hook up with for a one-night stand or fwb - but I do enjoy meeting people and so while I'm here...Never married, no kids. Not crazy. Recent pictures not in my mirror :)I work for a construction company in compliance. I love my job, I get to see the country and some pretty interesting projects. I travel a lot for work. :) I prefer to travel for fun - and I do as much as time and money will allow. I haven't traveled outside of the country enough to have a favorite "world" city yet, but someday.I have become dependent on yelp to find the best of everything. Place to eat, place to get my hair cut, place to get a pedicure, place to get my oil changed... Anything that could be considered a hole in the wall is my preference. And if I could have brunch every Saturday and Sunday I would. Usually without drinks, but you never know.I'm one of those people who have given up cable in favor of Netflix and Hulu. Mostly because I would much rather spend my time out of my apartment than in. If something ends in "festival", its on my list of things to check out. I'm generally up for about anything that won't put me in jail or have me jumping out of a plane or off a bridge. I enjoy being spontaneous & am happy to decide on Friday afternoon to go away for the weekend. If this is a dealbreaker, so be it. I should mention that I don't mind if YOU like to zipline, but I can't be converted.I'm not very competitive. My nature is more on the side of hoping everybody is having a good time, rather than hoping to kick their ass at something. I would rather help someone over the finish line *** try to beat them across.What I'm looking for eventually is very simple. I want to find someone to be crazy about & that is crazy about me. They would love God, maybe want kids (I'm not insisting I have kids at this point, nor is it out of the question) & if they already have some I'm open to that too. I don't care what kind of job they have (as long as they work hard at something) or how much money they make. My dad is a farmer & I think he works harder than anyone I know. I would love to hear from you. I'm not a big fan of texting/emails for a long time before meeting face to face, and will not attempt to hold up both ends of a conversation for very long. If you can't have a conversation using technology, then let's have one in person. I have met people the same day as the first *** asked and it happened to work out. I look like my pictures, I speak English & haven't misled you. I won't meet you in your mom's basement, but am always up for a walk, some lunch (or brunch!) or a cold drink. :) Anything but coffee.     I grew up in a small town with old school family values and a strong work ethic. The best memories as a child was on my grandparent's farm! My biggest passion is wine! I feel so at home in a vineyard. I am not ashamed to enjoy a box wine either! Those are easier to have while boating! I mostly prefer sitting around a bonfire with friends rather than going out. Love a fun road trip! I love to try new restaurants and different bars/pubs. The best ones are usually the hole-in-the-wall places. I am also pretty tall, even without the heels on. So I am looking for a tall guy which is very important for me because I love wearing heels!! He has to be over 6 feet tall. Last BF was 6' 8"!!! Loved it!! I do need physical attraction and chemistry together for anything to continue. Would love it if I found someone who enjoys wine as much as I do. I do know exactly who I am looking for but not sure if he actually exists. A perfect first meeting for me is somewhere that is quiet and having a good conversation with a bottle of wine. Love having drinks on a patio on a perfect evening. Even a brewery is fun too! A coffee house is good as well! I am a pretty simple and down to earth woman. I am pretty open to almost anything that is a quiet so we can get to know each other to see if things click.Then after a great meeting:I perfect first date could be wine tasting at a local winery then a picnic in the vineyard. A visit to a zoo or a museum. Bowling (only sport that i am good at) and pizza. Mini Golf. I know they are hard to find now, but to fill the back of a pick up truck with tons of pillows and blankets and head to a Drive In movie place to catch a couple movies with a huge container of popcorn. Or you can surprise me!
