About Me

I've had some bad experiences with meetville, but why let that get me down. I am looking for someone genuine. Someone who isn't going to waste my time and make me feel we are headed somewhere strong only to disappoint. I'm not here for a booty call. I'm not on here to "just be friends." DARE I say it....I'm here to find someone I can have a strong relationship with. Someone to make me laugh, confuse the hell out of me by saying something random, and cheer me up when work gets rough( which, working with autism gets very rough). I am a good person so please don't treat me like some common **** you find off the street. I deserve more and I can give you more. It's about mutual respect. Also, travelling to see you is OK at first but it becomes tiresome and expensive. I am looking for someone who is at MOST a half hour away. Oh yea....about me: I like long walks on the beach after a romantic candle light...yea, ummmm....no! I am a very down to Earth type woman. I don't mind staying at home to curl up on the couch and watch a movie. On the same end, I love to go out and travel, go to concerts, and just do something random. I am a Special needs teacher for children who have Autism. Originally I went to school for Criminal Justice and Justice Studies and got my B.A., but found myself in a strange situation. Now I enjoy what I do. I am also an artist. I do tattoo and abstract designs. I have a passion for picking up a pen or marker and just letting it flow. One of my pics are posted here. I have over ***drawings. I consider myself to be very creative. I like crafts and anything that stands out. Really....they do change colors. I think tattoo on men are hot BTW. *Hey, would you even guess that I have seven tattoos. So that we are clear: I am a bigger woman and I actually have meat on my bones. HOWEVER, I have been going to the gym more frequently. I actually go at 5:30 in the morning and have a trainer. I have lost over ***lbs since September ***. Im not doing it to be a stick figure so many guys oogle over, but to stay healthy. Maybe we can be workout buddies. Lol. I go 5+ times a week. If you're reading this then you already are intrigued.Also, I don't mind if you have kids. I love children. I am not picky. If we start off with expectations and they aren't met we will only be let down. Start things slow and move from there.I know schedules can be tight, but I want to be with someone who makes me a priority like I would make you.     Let me start by saying I'm not sure why I'm on here. I guess I frequently activate and deactivate my profile because I don't want a relationship, yet I don't want to miss out on any opportunities to potentially meet someone. Since I work crazy hours and go to school full-time, it's hard for me to go out and meet people. I know my profile says "wants to date but nothing serious", but I find these options misleading. When I had "casual/no commitment", I had swingers, creeps, and married men contacting me. I don't feel "Wants a relationship" is adequate either. Sure, I would like one...but only if it's the right person, and after we've gotten to know each other first. Who jumps into these things head first? That being said, "wants to date but nothing serious" doesn't mean 'serial dater' either. I'm just pretty selective in who I decide to let in my life. I'm a homebody for the most part, though I also love to see new places and try new things. Spontaneously road- Think I might move out there one day.Music, ethnic foods, and GRRM books make me happy. I detest shopping, and would live in jeans and flip flops (or boots) if I could. Just a simple girl looking for a simple guy.
