About Me

I am working towards my goals and would enjoy sharing my life and my journey with someone who will add to the experience. I will be finishing up my last undergrad next summer and will more than likely be moving to see what else is out there, or be joining a "help the world" type group. I am continually changing and am not looking for someone to "complete" or "complete me" but just someone to grow with and enjoy the company. :) I have spent the last couple of years going to school and working towards studio art, English and creative writing. After taking the time to heal myself and enjoy parts of who I am I began to notice that i really enjoyed teaching, educating and helping others. This led me towards deciding to follow a degree in psychology. Although yes it would have been nice to do it all at once, it is how things happened. Much of writing is psychological or philosophical so some people enjoy it and other do not necessarily understand it. I also write poems and short stories. I spent most of my time working at different places just to kind of broaden my horizons and know a little bit of as much as I could. I really enjoy going to new places and traveling, although I haven't had the best schedule for it, I have been doing it more lately. Music; alternative and indie, I am not an avid gamer, but I like going to the arcade and playing every now and again with friends. Movies; all types depending on the mood.I do not go clubbing, dress as a woman, wear make up, etc. Most people think of me as a non-gay gay, which i am fine with, it is who I am. This does not mean i dislike or judge those who do, it is just not my thing. My goals in the future will be to continue for a masters and probably p.h.d in psychology. I would like to teach English and Psychology and maybe even Art while advising and counseling the youth to help them through this life. I would love to make some new friends and see where this little journey takes me. :)

    I'm currently going for a business degree in either entrepreneurship or management, haven't decided between the two of those yet. I am taking night class because I also have a full time job so that I can pay for college. I work at 1st Source Bank currently and hope to learn as much while I'm there as possible or if anything continue to grow and learn there and advance my way in 1st Source when I earn my degree.A lot of my time is currently spent on school and work as you can see, but I also make time for myself to do rest and have fun. Anytime I have the opportunity to get together with them I know we are always going to have fun and laugh our asses off.Currently last year I decided to go follow one of the goals that I had for myself. I love to watch the game of tennis whenever I get a chance. Last year I decided to actually learn how to play tennis. I figured I was it enough when I can that I wanted to learn as well. So I found a local park that offers lessons and I started that. I'm no where near great but I'm enjoying playing and learning and I'm gonna continue to improve this coming year as well.Another part of my life that I can't live without is music. I love listening to music any chance I can get. It's an odd ability but I can listen to one song constantly for an entire day. I end up singing along with songs as I listen to them more and more as I learn the words. I'm honestly a terrible singer but I love to do it anyways. When it's summer and I have the windows down in my car, the music going and I'm singing along, getting the person in the car to stare next to me always makes me laugh. It doesn't bother me if they stare because I'm just being myself.I'm a really nice guy, and I know what they say about nice guys, that they finish last. But there's two sides to this expression that most people over look. Even though the nice guy might finish last, they do finish regardless though. I know I'll find my guy sometime even if it means finding him a long time down the line. And I can't wait to meet him :)I'm currently looking to get to know people on here, even if it's just talking to get to know each other. I'm looking for the future and want to find that one guy that I can spend my life with. The main quality in a guy that I want is knowing that they will always be by my side as I will be there for him. I think it's a simple quality to have but apparently it's a little harder to come by than what I thought. Someone around my age would be awesome but that's not necessary, just as long as you're not old enough to be my dad. Sorry not looking for someone that old. For a first date I would be up for anything. If we wanted to do the classic dinner and a movie that would be awesome. If we decided to do something a little more adventurous like maybe go to a football game or basketball game I'm game for that as well. Maybe a walk along a beach and talk. The important part of the date for me is the opportunity to talk with and get to know who I'm with. As long as we have that and are having a great time then that is a great first date.
