I enjoy traveling when the chance comes up. It's more challenging when I don't have a travel partner. I prefer the warm sunny places on the water/beach. I am seldom at home in front of the TV and would rather be outside enjoying activities like soccer, biking, running, golf, rollerblading, tennis, bumming at the beach, or a walk in the park. If I'm indoors, I like a good movie and the fireplace (and I'd prefer you be there as well). The right woman thinks that the world revolves around family(which would include her and her children if she has children) and friends, although I do also like our alone time and look forward to many years of it. She should be a willing activity partner in at least some of the things I enjoy, which are not all listed above(like hiking, bowling, basketball, traveling, snorkeling, scuba, swimming, skiing(mostly snow unless you have access to a boat)). Being attractive and compatible are high on my list also, as well as honesty. I do believe in chemistry and know it is not always there on the first meeting (nerves and the unknown can get in the way when first meeting). You should also be caring, loving, affectionate, somewhat even tempered, but not a drone. You'll also need to be active as much of what I enjoy is just that.Me, I'm emotionally stable but have no clue how after raising the girls by myself. I'm considered quiet and more of a listener than a talker (you'd be surprised how much one can learn by listening and how little by talking). I'm very much about honesty (the truth could hurt, but it's still the truth), I can sometimes be funny or goofy, caring and even sentimental at times. I'm not afraid to show affection or receive it.
