About Me

Thank you for giving me a click. First a little about me:I enjoy being around large bodies of water; lakes and the ocean. Fishing is a big favorite especially the saltwater type. I have a couple of small boats (one sail & one power) and this lends to my love of the water. The beach and swimming I guess would also fall under this category, although I much prefer secluded beaches to the crowded more popular ones. I’ Music of many varieties is another joy, or more accurately a love. When I hear certain favorite songs I literally get “goose bumps”. I also enjoy reading books, more so than most males I have met. Like many I also relish good movies, and not as commonly these days, great black & white ones. TV is liked, preferably comedy and PBS type shows. And while logic defies it, experience has shown me there is something to astrology. I am a water sign (Cancer) born in July, and the traits commonly associated with this sign are categorically me. Gardening and landscaping I also find agreeable. I’m financially secure and good with money. When it comes to sports the Eagles and pro football are really my only true love in spectator sports, but others do appeal to me. Although I have participated in a lot of intense sports, now its pretty much tennis, golf, volleyball, and softball. I enjoy being around children, and love the rewarding feeling one gets when they are nurturing a child’s spirit. I’m looking to share time with someone whose company I enjoy. If something special happens between us and a mutual love develops, this person ideally would hopefully become my life partner. My idea match is both romantic and playful in the bedroom “areas”. No prudes should bother to respond. A good sense of humor is a must. My match should enjoy many of the same things that I do, which I mentioned in the previous section. If someone is looking just to have some fun, but nothing serous don’t discount me. As long as I know where the person is coming from, and I am not already involved in a monogamous relationship, I’m cool for a short-term thing too. This sounds so cliché;, but life is too short not to have all the fun and enjoy all the happiness you can. It seems that sometimes the best things that happen to a person just happen, for all I know my perfect match may not be what I now roughly visualize. Besides, getting to know someone is a big part of the fun. Hopefully I’ll find a life partner, but if not you can’t have too many friends… Meet for lunch or dinner, and if we click go from there...

    Yup, all the usual.. glass is more than half full, simple things, family, friends,& pets etc... I prefer jeans and a T shirt but I clean up reasonably well when necessary. I even own a couple suits!I just changed my profile to 'non smoking' So far it's only been 4 days, but you have to start somewhere..UPDATE It's going on 4 months now!I like going camping and fishing (for relaxation), socializing around the campfire.
