I am a very happy woman who is thankful for the many blessings in my life. I have a wonderful family and great friends that I love to spend time with. We often have dinner parties, or casual get-togethers. My favorite nights out are listening to live music and dancing. I almost always have tickets to an upcoming concert. If U2 is on tour I will be seeing them....more than once. Most days you will find me at the gym, I call it my second home. Unless you are eating, in which case they will beg...we aren't perfect here. I also have show horses, who are also well trained and well groomed, but don't beg as much as the dogs. I enjoy going to Mariners and Sounders games, especially when they win. Travel has been a big part of my life, and I would love to be with someone who enjoys that as well. Tahiti is my favorite place that I have been to, so far. I love to read, especially biographies and educational books. I do yoga, for the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. I like balance in my life, working hard balanced with lots of time to laugh and have fun and really enjoy life, I'm looking for someone to share that with me. Delicious food would follow... could be seafood, Mediterranean, Thai, French, a great steak house, would love to try your favorite place. If it is nice weather, then a place with outdoor seating and a view would be lovely. If it's rainy or cold, then a cozy atmosphere with candles sounds perfect. After dinner I would love to go listen to live music, dancing would be a bonus. I think a first date needs to provide the opportunity to get to know each other better without too many distractions. Movies and sporting events are better for later dates.

I enjoy life. I love my job. I have an amazing unique athletic son and two awesome senior Great Danes . Summer is fast approaching and i am going to learn how to camp. The learning curve is high . I love to read . I am a melty puddle of goo where animals are concerned. I was in the mountains today, it was beautiful and calming. Then after a 9 hour hike had the best burger and beer ever. I'm evolving. My best and worst trait is I believe everyone . Learning to trust gut. I was a chef( classically trained) now do it for fun. I am an LMP and love the work I do. I smile a lot when I'm with people I like but still pretty quiet .In the check boxes up top it asks hair colour, I said It's mixed;pink, blue and purple( not all of it)That may bother some. Hi I hope you’re having a great day. So, about me, I am usually a little shy to start out but my friends don’t seem to think I’m shy at all. I’m an outdoorsy girl. I like gardening and I put in my first real vegetable garden this year. It’s been great! So far I have managed to supply all my own vegetables this summer with a few extras. I enjoy getting out and trying new things. My main conundrum in life is that I like being home working on projects and riding my horses as much as I like traveling so while it’s sometimes hard to get away I always enjoy getting out and about. I also enjoy bicycling, hiking, going to movies and trying out zipline courses when the opportunity presents itself. My current big adventure is an at home adventure hosting a foreign exchange student. I went to Turkey for a summer when I was in high school and I want to give back the experience of living abroad to someone else so for the time being I am a single mom with a teenager. I live on acreage along with my horses and a dog and cat. So, am I a dog person or a cat person? I’d have to say both. I’m a dog person when it’s nice out and I want to play fetch or go for a trail ride (my dog has enough fun for both of us when we get out on the trail). I’m a cat person when it’s rainy and I want to curl up next to the fire with a good book. Though with the right guy the book and cat could be replaced….. I like cooking and trying out new recipes. I especially like uncomplicated recipes with spices that are out of the ordinary (for me at least) and I have a couple favorites from Camaroon and Ethiopia. I am looking for a man who has similar interests and outlook on life balancing home life with adventure. Interested? A good first date would be to go for a walk around the lake downtown and stop in to a restaurant for a bite to eat.
