I was here a while ago and I've come to the conclusion meetville is rather like roadkill. You don't want to look . . . but sometimes you just can't help itI'm mainly here for the forums, (yes they're still accessible), but I won't rule out communication with people I find intriguing.First things first...please contact me with more than a “hey”, “hi”, “how’s it going” "how are you" etc . . . If we met on the street that would be enough to start a conversation, but we’re not on the street, and you have a wonderful opportunity to set yourself apart from everyone else. I reserve the right to read/delete any and all messages containing just "how are you" or "wanna chat", or any variation thereof, on the grounds that you clearly failed to read and comprehend the actual text in my profile.***o***Put this***\***on your***\***profile if***\--\***you know***\---\***someone who***\***should be abducted***\-- and anal probed by aliensYou should know that I have weird things happen to me. Randomly. All beyond my control . . . I swear. I don't seek out drama, or cause it, but for some reason weirdness seems to follow me. If we should manage to make it out for a first meet...I would suggest maintaining a safe distance as I fear one day I may actually be struck by lightening. A select few *** . . 1. I once stopped to help a mentally challenged man who had fallen in the street and cut his head and hands. As I was leaning over him to clean his wounds, he reached up and pulled down the collar of my top and treated himself to a good gander at my boobs. I have to give buddy credit...he did what most of you think about doing!2. I was in a cab the other day and the driver farted. Not quietly, but actually leaned over and cranked out a real butt rippler. Hellooooooo.....buddy....did you forget I was there?! I now have no eyelashes or eyebrows. He got no tip.3. My apartment was blown up by someone cooking hash oil in my building. Who the hell blows things up making hash oil?! Was out for 15 months, but I am now back home! Woo Hoo! 4. I'm pretty sure I saw Yoda on the bus one New Year's Eve. He asked me the time. It sounded something like this "It, what time is. Hmmmmmm..."5. A date once picked my nose. Yep. PICKED MY NOSE!!! Wish I was kidding about this one. Nothing like feeling someone elses' finger up your schnoz. You can pick your date and you can pick your nose, but don't pick your date's nose!!6. Almost a year to the day, the apartment building I was staying in temporarily until I could move back into my exploded condo . . . CAUGHT ON FIRE!! Ya just gotta shake your head!Life sure can be entertaining! I love having stories to tell...And bugs are still just wrong. And now...on with the profile...I miss chillin' at home with someone special and then bustin' out in a pillow or tickle fight, wrestling and laughing until our smile muscles hurt. I'm looking forward to finding that again one day and I hope I'm not so old I break a hip while wrestling ;o)I’m like most of you out there, searching for something, someone . . . Why am I still single? It's simple really, I'm waiting to find my best friend.Do I know exactly what I want? Other than my best friend? Not really, but I’m enjoying the journey on the way to finding out who may be right for me. Am I in any sort of rush? Definitely not! Though I will make the time for those who I find special in one-way or another. Will I ever meet that one special man? I honestly don’t know but if I don’t, I find I’m okay with that. Life is amazingly fantastic these days and regardless of what happens romantically, that’s not going to change.’t you go raining on my parade! -..I hate that guy)In short...I don't want to need you. I want to want you. Like a drummer wants to play with a guitar player. It's more fun when you are around, but if you leave, I am fine playing drums by myself. (I 'borrowed' this from another profile . . . okay fine . . . I stole it . . . but it really says it all I think - thanks dude!)I am put-off when rushed into intimacy. I need to be able to take the time to get to know you so let's go slow, be friends first and see if we actually connect and get each other before we throw off our clothes and have wild passionate monkey sex. It's my belief that the best relationships are formed through shared experiences. So rather than me 'enjoying' some of the above experiences by myself, why don't you come share some with me? Just don't pick my nose! That will also put me off!I’m a goof in a fun sort of way, sarcastic, humorous, smart, speak my mind, loyal, honest, and it takes a particular sort of person who can handle my personality, as it’s a strong one. Not everyone likes me and over the years I’ve come to realize that’s okay as I don’t like everyone either! I'm done with the club scene and have been for a long time now. Doesn't mean I don't like to get out and shake my groove thang every once in a while, but nowadays I tend to prefer pubs.I’m active, I do the Grind and BCMC in the spring/summer and in the winter I like to get out snowshoeing. Hiked the Chief for the first time last year and did the Lions as well. I'm looking forward to trying some new hikes next year! I ride my bike to and from work most days and I also try to workout, but I find I get bored easily. I need to find something new that challenges me. I’m open to suggestions! I have absolutely no tolerance for any sort of drama. I’ve been single for quite some time now, all my baggage is safely stowed, and all skeletons have been de-boned. "You don’t love someone for their looks, or their clothes, or for their fancy car, but because they sing a song only you can hear" Don't know show said it, but I like the sentiment. If you could hear my song what do you think it would be? We'll cross that bridge if we get to it

I would like to meet someone who is single with no drama. I'm looking for that country gentleman who knows how to treat someone, who considers what they would like to do, not a one way street, someone who has time to spend with you and wants to be with you. It really don't matter what we do, I like to do all kinds of things as long as we decide together, don't get me wrong I love to be surprised sometimes. If your separated don't bother I want a single man, with no x drama. I hope I find him if it sounds like you send me a message if not good luck with your fishing Maybe a park or lake where we can talk and see if we connect

I'm a single mom and I spend most of my free time with my son. He does go with his dad every other weekend and it would be nice to be able to get to know someone and go out on those weekends he's away. I have lots of girlfriends but its the male companionship thats I'm missing. I'm looking for someone that can hold a good conversation about many topics(politics included and I'm conservative so if that's a turn off don't text me), is witty, likes to laugh, and likes to share things about their life, their day or whatever is on their mind. I'm a good listener but I was also on the debate team in college so I'm a talker too. So hard to describe myself but my friends would say I'm funny, compassionate, dedicated, hard working, and too nice for my own good. I tend to believe in the good in people but have learned that not everyone tells the truth. So, the challenge is learning to trust my ***, learning from my mistakes, and taking things a small step at a time to really get to know someone. I enjoy getting to know someone over dinner and then maybe going to a movie or bowling. How about coming up with something new? I'm game....
