About Me

I am someone you want in your life. Once I allow someone in my life, I love, trust and stay loyal. Sometimes this can be a weakness. I am currently in grad school working on my MSW ( masters degree in social work). I already have a Masters degree in youth and family counseling. I am a therapist, that has worked primarily with children and adolescents, although currently I work with adults who struggle with a drug addiction. I love music of all types. I like music with meaning.I am a firm believer that life is what you make it. Bad things happen but each person is responsible for how she responds to life. It is important to make conscious choice not to let "bad things" or "bad people" control how a life is lived. Everyone has a story to tell. I always want to be a person that can not only listen to someone else's story but see the beauty in it! I think a first date should include an atmosphere where conversation can take place. Dinner somewhere downtown, which will allow for us to walk around afterwards and enjoy the evening. An outdoor concert is always a plus.
