Just living life rolling with the punches. I am a chill person and I appreciate my simple life. I am an adventurous person. I like trying new things, going new places, and meeting new people. I love the outdoors and any kind of water sport. The lake is my favorite place to be in the summer. I like to be social. I enjoy a good drink or two. A happy hour with an app is a nice way to spend an evening after work. I am not a huge bar person but I do like to go as long as there is no drama which I sometimes think that is impossible:) I listen to music or watch movies more than I watch TV. I wish I had a good cuddle buddy to watch my movies with:) I enjoy going to concerts especially rock!I am a very caring and accepting person. I love meeting new people. Everyone has a story to tell. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family(especially my nieces and nephews). I have done a lot of the things in my life that I wanted to do. I am very thankful for that but I am ready to settle down now. I am looking to meet my best friend, settle down, and to start a family. I believe in honesty and being upfront with one another to make things work. No games... I listened to a graduation speech once about the importance of being kind and gentle with other people's hearts and I believe that to the fullest. I would never intentionally hurt anyone and I expect the same in return. I try to be respectful to others and there feelings. I believe marriage is team work. You have to work together to make things work. My parents are celebrating there 40 year wedding anniversary this year and I would love to do the same in my life. I am currently reading "The five languages of love" An excellent book on how to build solid, healthy, kind relationships:) Just being able to talk and get to know each other. Maybe a hockey game or golf or the old cliche of dinner and a movie:)

    I am very proud of raising 2 kids on my own and then took care of my parents for 3 years until they both passed, 8 months apart from each other. I sure learned alot in that time including the kind of love that I wanted when I watched my parents grow old. In sickness and in health, did they ever love each other. Everyone acts like they have all the time in the world, but we have no control over it.At this age I have alot of love to give and receive and now I know exactly what I dont want.
