I really should update this whole section...because we've now been here for 6 years and the kids are growing up...so.. The children are wonderful and I love them dearly. I have my own little troop( they're not so little anymore!-4 children( the oldest 2 are now at college -both at UF!)so technically 2 are home....WAIT! before you run read the rest I'm not looking for a father for them. They are terrific kids and They have an involved father, but I would love to find my man who loves me and enjoys them too:) I think its only fair to let you know up front- I don't want to mislead anyone and I know that some are not interested in kids. They are an important part of my life! BUT It would be great to know that my man was there, by my side cooking dinner with me, or hanging at the pool with me- I love the beach, long walks in the calmness of the evening and snuggling on the couch with a good movie. I'm looking for that special someone to share the special times and the day to day times-I'm looking for someone to share my every secret with, who will also share theirs with me. I enjoy adventures and exploring. I enjoy sailing, hiking, camping, gardening- most anything outdoors. I'm an active person-keeping myself on the go.As far as my home goes, I like a clean home filled with soft warm colors that makes everyone feel welcome. I , myself, often dress casually, but nice. Don't misunderstand, I don't want to be dragged around the cave by my hair (!) but I am somewhat old fashioned and I like the guy to be the guy. I understand if you work a lot, but so do I. I'd like to meet a man who actually wants to have a relationship in person and not continuous *** texting - although sometimes during the day it is nice to know that you're thinking about me and in the beginning stages of things a few *** texts are just great, but they shouldn't replace an actual conversation on the phone or an actual visit. My idea of meeting someone to date is to....meet someone to date -- live and in person! (Is that silly? I hope that's not silly.)If you are interested drop me a line or two and let's see if we have anything in common. First dates are a little intimidating for both parties. Let's see if we connect after a few *** phone calls and then maybe you could surprise me? (But nothing involving walking on hot coals or venomous snakes, okay? THAT would be really weird.)
