I'm very happy to be home. As of present I enjoy the studying, family time, power walking and working out. I am a dreamer! This doesn't mean I am not firmly grounded in reality, it means I am always thinking and creative. I see potential in people and in life! I love to cross country ski but since breaking myself in a non-gracefull fling down some stairs I have been unable to for a few winters...maybe this year I will be brave!I like all kinds of music, I love a few types of music and I adore the Beastie Boys...gotta get up to get down!I have a dog, he's a little love and fully dedicated to missing me when I'm gone and celebrating when I get home! I've managed to teach him his right and left and have made him hopelessly addicted to treats, I am the treat pusher! I like strong earthy guys who aren't trying to be prettier than me and are comfortable having a conversation or just relaxing in the peace and calm. Sometimes, I secretly feel like a princess (being purely honest) and want exactly what I want, but I'm really easy going and very realistic. I don't pout (or stamp my feet when anyone is looking!)Mostly I feel like fabulous little me and just want to find that certain soul to fit with mine, the rest is just fluff... a picnic, coffee, dinner, dancing, rollerskating... who really knows but when the time comes I'll have a plan made!

I don’t really desire to visit a place twice.....my attitude is that there is so much of the world to see, why would you want to go to the same place??My work week is busy with my kids and teaching and so on the weekends I like to do more low key kinds of things (this is not to say that I don’t like to whoop it up now and then - life has to stay fun and exciting!) This being said, I enjoy trying new restaurants followed by a quite walk around the area. I have great friends who have awesome husbands so getting together with them for dinner and drinks is always a good time. I enjoy attending local festivals such as Grape and Wine in St.). I like watching movies in theatres or in the quiet of my home. I love the music of the 80's and 90's and very much enjoy going to concerts. Jacobs, Collingwood, etc., are fun with or without the kids.The things that make me smile are my kids, my dog, and my students. My kids are my life - I have a 9 year old girl who is beautiful, funny, creative, energetic, and smart. I also have a boy who is ***he is smart, handsome, hilarious, and loves sports such as hockey and football. My dog is also something that makes me smile. Lucy, like all dogs, loves unconditionally - she is always waiting at the door with her tail wagging, excited to see us home. My students also make me smile - grade one is a very challenging grade to change to teach but when I see how much I have taught them and how far they have come in June, it makes me feel so proud.I am happy and content with my life, so I am not in any rush to date the world.
