I try to get out and exercise at least a few days a week whether it be on my mtn bike, walking with a friend, or jogging with my dog and am thinking about getting into Crossfit. I am not looking for anything out of the ordinary but it sure would be nice. Something unexpected and thoughtful will always go a long way.
