I am not looking for an extended "online" chatting experience. I want to meet people, so if you share that goal with me then let's get to the point. A person can say anything online and portray themselves however they want to appear. Only by meeting in person will we get to know whether there is anything worth pursuing. I have met a couple of interesting (putting it nicely) men through this site, that did not happen to turn into anything, but if I hadn't met them I would still be having conversations about the weather through chatting on this site. That being all off my chest now, here are some of the things I enjoy in life.I love music and I love to dance. Just no 2-stepping, its not that I couldn't learn to do it, I just don't really happen to like Country music all that much...I was introduced to stained glass this past winter and I love the creativity it allows me to express. It balances out the craziness of my work life.I never remember jokes, but I have a great sense of humor, laughter is after all the best medicine. My children and grandchildren are a joy in my life, I only wish I saw them more often. Children are the best comedians ever. My friends would say that I am loyal, honest and thoughtful. I would rather see the good in people and life than the negative.If you made it through all that commentary, then drop me a line, or pick your head up off your keyboard because you just fell asleep on it... Coffee and conversation or going for a walk would suit me fine but I am open to suggestions.

Yes, I know its not all fun and games.....really? Maybe I should get rid of some of my shoes (sandals, hiking boots,ski boots, runners, heels, curling, golf)? But then I wouldn't be smiling in my pictures. Yes, I do play hockey but not the kind you're thinking of. Looking forward to all the great fall and winter activities our beautiful province has to offer.Work lots with kids both in my job and also as a volunteer. Truly, I am looking for a someone who really enjoys the same activities and adventures that I do (from mountaintops to ocean), good times with friends and family, comfortable in a crowd, meeting new people but appreciates the quiet and intimate times when its just the two of us. :)Was recently in a relay race with two ladies whose spouses were in the same event. I found myself totally envious of them. They had both found life partners who share the same adventures and love and support each other in their pursuits. I am an easy going fairly active lady looking for someone who shares some of my interests.I am involved in golf and baseball in the summer and enjoy volleyball and snow shoeing in the winter. I also have a kayak that I try to get out in often in the summer. I am not much into going to the gym but enjoy activities outside to keep me healthy.
