Now for the hard bit , here goes,. I am an outgoing confident person who , leads a busy and active life but would like to meet someone to share it all with, i have 2 grown up children who have both flown the nest now, I have many hobbies and interests which keep me fit in body and mind. I arrend a gym on a regular basis and particularly like swimming and running ... Although the latter less so now its getting cold ..
