About Me

I'm looking for someone to have "adventures" with: traveling, exploring new out-of-the-way places, etc. I'm very passionate in general, and in particular about people. I work as a youth counselor- which I love and find very satisfying. I love dogs, conversation, adventures, downtime, learning, idealism... I'm attractive, sensitive, strong, "deep", emotional, playful, fun-loving, intelligent, procrastinating, supportive. I'm a talker, and I love traveling. ****About me, I'm 6'1", ***#'s. I have an athletic/stocky build, with a few extra pounds. I am very trustworthy. Friends describe me as naturally sincere. I am looking for someone playful, deeply caring, a "giver". ...and cute!! :-) I am looking for someone intelligent, sensitive, hopefully you care about the world, and are an idealist. Also, I'm looking for someone who likes adventures and athletic/outdoorsy activities, as well as someone who can enjoy sleeping in late or reading a book or watching a movie in bed. I tend to be attracted to someone with a youthful outlook and appearance.My goals include taking great vacations with my partner and sharing special times big and small; as small as what happened that day. I've often thought of fostering or adopting a child- I'm not sure. I'm working to start a grad degree in Social Work to become a School Social Worker. I love playing competitive volleyball, working out, bike riding, and going out with friends, as well as hanging with my beloved dog, Cleo. I think the things that make me unique include that I'm a great friend, I'm very dependable, I'm an incredible listener. I'm also a lot of fun and playful! I have very broad musical tastes: U2, rock music in general, R&B (partic. old Motown-- Kanye West, etc. I like the band The Roots right now. I also like Good Will Hunting, The Soprano's, The Wire (incredible show), a movie called Red Belt, etc. I like the singer/ songwriter John Hiatt- he writes incredible songs. I'd like to go out to a bar for a drink (or to a coffee shop) and to talk. (I've also found that I like to exchange at least a phone call before meeting. It helps me get a feel for you before we take it "face to face".)
