I might not always say or do the right thing, but I try hard to make the person I'm with happy. I believe that a man should love his wife as Christ loves the Church, which is sacrificial love. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But that is more of a second date thing. I believe a first date should be something short and simple because the only thing worse then a bad first date is a long bad first date. Something simple like a walk in a park, getting together for coffee or maybe dinner.
