Hi there, where do I start? I started running a year ago, and enjoy it, now I feeling more healthy, and have more clarity in life, I am training to run the great north run I can't wait, It does not matter if don't go to gym, or run, as I do it for myself.My goal is to set up a running/fitness group to help people to get fit, and healthy, even if I help one person it will be worth it.If one thing could enhance my life it would be to meet someone special to share life's pleasures with.If you want to know more about me just message me.
