I enjoy life...period. There are opportunities to laugh in almost any situation, people just choose not to find them. I think I laugh more than the average person, and I am looking to meet my match in that category. And I am a bit sarcastic, if I do say so myself. My hobbies seem to change with time, and the seasons. I am very into music and the arts. I played in a band for years, and am slowly getting back into writing music. I am a bit of a craft beer nut, and am always exploring new tastes and styles, as well as food pairings. I've gotten into homebrewing this past year, and have brewed several batches that were actually drinkable.During the spring and summer months, I am an avid vegetable gardener, all heirloom varieties, tomatoes and peppers my specialty.I am very into family and friends. Many can't believe I am still close to friends from Little League and High School. We schedule times to all meet up at least quarterly, as we all live in different states. Always a great time.I love the company I work for, the car I drive, the house I live in. But something is missing... What it boils down to is, I'm into the other side of the coin...the music no one has discovered, the heirloom vegetables very few eat, the jokes few understand, the beer few have tasted. Like I said, I enjoy life. I would just like to find someone to enjoy it with.The woman I am seeking will be my best friend. Start off as that and grow. Ultimately, we will be completely comfortable in each others company. She will understand my faults and foibles, and I, hers. She would rather look at me than into a mirror, and be as comfortable with wing sauce on her chin watching a ballgame, as at a black tie affair sipping a glass of "whatever high-end liquor mentioned in a hip-hop song" is. She can laugh at herself as well as at me, and ask me deep questions that keep me on my toes. something unique and unusual. Sure, dinner and a movie works, but let's agree on a relaxed atmosphere where we are both comfortable? any suggestions?

Honesty and Trust is a must in a relationship for me... Im decent, honest. affectionate and enthusiastic. I don't accept that as we get older we should settle for watching tv at opposite ends of the sofa every night. I want a stimulating life with a woman who is looking to join me in a happy, loving and trusting relationship. Mush, but true!Im 38 but I feel and think younger. Probably have to stop thinking that I dont look it ;-)I have a good job which I enjoy but I look forward to 5pm. I have my own car and I rent (by choice) my own place. Im close to my family and Ive a really good set of mates.Id describe myself as outgoing, funny, thoughtful, energetic, confident, open, romantic, sometimes shy, able to hold an intelligent conversation but also I like to not be too serious. Feedback has suggested that I should mention that Im a hairy man...as in chest hair and I generally have stubble most of the time...i don't really like the clean shaven feel/look. Not scruffy though. Maintained!
