I woke this morning with every intention of writing a new personal ad filled with keen insights and witty narrative. After sitting here for what seemed an eternity and more cross outs on the page than words I decided to lace up my nike’s and head to the gym. A good run should clear my head. Ok now I’ve knocked out 3.5miles and threw in a few pull-ups and abdominals for good measure, but still to my dismay I stare at a blank page. What I heard was so true, fabulous movie if you have not caught it yet I would highly recommend it, I would so go to see it again. Perhaps we can see it together? Ah but I digress, back to topic me, me, me and you. Where to start? What to include? How to tie it all together in a vibrant red bow? Do I start by saying “Curvy blond bombshell, fit (great abs)”… no, to conceited. Maybe I should add “looks great in a little black dress or sweat pants”.. no, to cliche. Wow would you look at the time, the whole day gone and I’ve only written 2 paragraphs and now it’s time for the game. Ok, so it looks like cliche is wining out… in closing compassionate, vibrant, sometimes verbose woman looking for her match. If you like pina colada’s and walks in the rain; hey if I’m going to be cliche I might as well go for it. Could this be you? Stop reading and hit the little envelope shaped button and let’s start the conversation because this has been so one sided! :) ***UPDATE: I've had a few people tell me that from my pictures and literacy level (somewhat confused on how that ties in) that I come across as "high maintenance". If taking care of myself emotionally, physically, intellectually and spiritually means high maintenance than I am guilty as charged. I would like to note though that I am not afraid to be seen in public with no make-up and rocking a ponytail... I'll leave that up to him..... Note - Sorry guys but only interested in men in my age range ***that I have things in common with (i.e. confident, bold, high energy level, active, attractive, intelligent, successful career, optimist, lighthearted, affectionate, compassionate, respectful, spontaneous, family oriented). Best of luck to you in your search.

I'm a contemporary sort with a fairly opened mind. I have strong work ethic but have plenty of projects I work on in my spare time. I enjoy working with anything art related and enjoy taking in things of this nature locally and not-so-locally.I enjoy most music and am open to things I've never heard. I enjoy all live music and events.I love to laugh and have to spend time with someone who has a humorous nature and can roll with almost anything.I'm a naturally sexy middle-aged woman who takes good care of herself and looks young for her age. I'd like to meet someone who is and does the same for themselves. I spend time working out hard so I can hopefully enjoy many more years of health and happiness. In case you can't read between the lines, PLEASE BE PHYSICALLY FIT!!!!!Also, if you don't show pictures, please don't count on a response. I've shown you mine...I'd like to think that there are people out there who actually have time to date and who are sane enough to have a relationship. Relationships are a two-way street, therefore, if it's all about you, you obviously don't have room to include another. Please pass me by. Why does this seem like so much to ask for?

-49.I am a part-time Yoga Teacher and full time student in healthcare (changing my career). I'm honest, kind-hearted, accepting, and nurturing. I have a tattoo and my nose is pieced - both are spiritual and meaningful to me - not NOTcode for "I want to hookup" or "I'm into sexting" - which I don't and I'm not. I want a long term relationship that I hope will eventually lead to marriage some day. If you're just looking to play - please look elsewhere! My ideal match is confident, caring, intelligent, funny, attentive, sweet, supportive, youthful (not childish), energetic and fun loving. I'd like to meet a man who likes to cook, someone who is open to new experiences and can still feel a sense of wonder in this amazing world we live in. I want to meet my intellectual match; someone who is well-mannered and well-spoken with social graces. He can present himself with class and dignity without much effort. I am not interested in players. If you lie to me once or pretend to be someone you're not, you're done. Someone who does yoga or is open to learning would be a great bonus. The biggest turn-offs for me are bigotry, ***, intolerance, dominance, vulgarity, conceit, extreme competitiveness, cruelty, vanity, dishonesty, cynicism, and a know-it-all attitude. It's important to be our true selves even when we first meet, don't be someone you're not just to impress me and I won't either. The first time we meet, I need to find out if you can be a gentleman. Let's meet for coffee or a drink. But after dating for a little bit, my ideal date would be exciting and romantic, maybe take me someplace new, show me beautiful scenery in nature, a walk or hike, holding hands. A picnic in an amazing spot where you prepared the whole thing would show me how much I mean to you.
