It keeps me very busy, so I don't have a lot of time for other activities. When a special someone comes along, however, I magically have more time. I'm willing to make time for important things/people. It's hard to meet guys with my job, as I spend all of my days with children and their parents. It's something I enjoy for the most part, though some of it really just seems chore-like (painting, putting up curtains, etc). I tend to enjoy it more when I have someone to do it with. But don't we all? I'm really not much of an outdoors girl, but I'm not your typical high-maintenance girly-girl either. I like to get dolled up to go out on dates or to certain events, but I'm usually in my jeans and a t-shirt with my hair pulled back. Growing up, my family didn't do a lot of outdoor activities, so that's probably why I don't have many interests. However, I'm willing to try anything and would love to try some new things! Who knows, I might end up loving it! Oh, I did enjoy snowboarding for a while, but I really sucked at it (I was one of the people everyone hated because I'd leaf it all the way down. But they always got a good laugh when they found me hopping my way through a flat spot). Oh! I did a backflip once though! Not on purpose, but still... It counts.Anyway, I'm pretty fun to hang out with and I love to laugh. I'm looking for someone who doesn't take things too seriously, except when necessary. If you can't take a joke, you sure as hell won't like me. I'm always joking around, and I'm able to be serious and still have a sense of humor. I feel that laughter is almost always appropriate. If you're feeling blue, I bet I can cheer you up. Speaking of colors, my favorite is orange. Just about everything I own is orange. Cute, huh!

I have a busy school schedule which makes it difficult to get out and meet people... and so I find myself here. =]I'm a pretty honest person and I can be blunt at times. Depending on who you ask that can be a good or bad thing. Sarcasm comes naturally to me but I can turn it off when the occasion calls for it. I like to joke around and have a good time but I can put on my game face when needed. I try not to take myself too seriously, but it happens every now and then. Random facts:- I can't spell to save my life. (I really appreciate modern conveniences like spell check***Sometimes I swear like a sailor. - I'm in the medical field and on a regular basis I forget that people sometimes get grossed out by things that don't phase me. (Just politely remind me and I'll stop talking about it, while we're eating at least).- Jesus is not my homeboy.- I have this thing about complete sentences and the correct use of capital letters. I'm a big fan. What I'm looking for:I'm a firm believer that there are avenues other than formal higher education that one can pursue to become successful. The college path was the choice for me, but I realize not everyone goes that route. That being said I am an extremely motivated person. I have worked hard to get to where I am and I hope for the same in a partner. Pretty much my favorite thing is laughing, so being funny is definitely a bonus. =] I'm no professional athlete but I work out regularly and I eat decently healthy (I'm never giving up my beer though). I need a similar mindset in a partner. But seriously, if you don't like dogs don't bother. It's not me it's you. I'm pretty sure you might be a terrible person. Something low-key
