I have a successful career that I love, which enables me to pay my bills, procure grown up furniture, take vacations and buy proper groceries. I relish the simple things: a song that causes toes to tap unexpectedly, sharing smiles, a grounding yoga practice, the perfect coffee, books on blankets on sunny days.I appreciate good conversation, witty banter, confidence, intelligence and charisma. I can hold my own and accept a challenge and believe that being 'right', pales in comparison, to being heard, validated and honoured. I am not perfect; I make mistakes, daily and I own them, learn from them and laugh, cry, swear and misuse semi-colons like the rest of them. I am not a morning person, but I certainly try my best.
