I'd like to start off by saying that I definitely don't feel my age at all...not even close. I feel as if I'm still in my twenties, so being with someone that can keep up would be great. :)I'm a former Marine that served with great pride (active duty). I actually miss being in the Marines and would love to go back in if I could. That was one of the best experiences I've ever been through in my life (so far).Moving on...I've been told by friends and family that I have a great sense of humor with lots of wit. :) It would be hard for me to be with someone that is serious all of the time. If you can make me laugh that's a bonus! I even tend to laugh at myself sometimes. When I'm not laughing, I enjoy a good, intellectual conversation.I love being active but also enjoy being able to relax and take it easy. I definitely don't like to be on the go all of the time but if there's a chance to do some outdoor activity, I do try to take advantage of it if I'm able to. Some things I enjoy doing are; adventure races, rock-climbing, mt. biking, running, crossfit, camping, hiking, beach/sand volleyball, soccer, etc....I can have fun and play hard during the day and get dressed up that same evening for a nice evening out. I also really enjoy having 'chill' days/nights at home and watching a movie. Materialistic things do not matter to me. There's nothing wrong with wanting to have nice things and wanting to be successful, but when the money and the 'things' end up becoming the sole focus of a person's life, it can definitely begin to control you, rather than you controlling it (them). I believe that I have strong feelings about this because of how I was raised, but mainly because I feel very blessed with the simple things that God has given to me - taking nothing for granted. I know what it's like to have plenty and I know what it's like to be in need. I absolutely love to help people and have a very giving and compassionate personality; therefore, finding greater joy in giving rather than receiving. Have fun searching! :)

I am an educated, classy, independent professional with two teens and two jobs. I hate being bored. I like to try new things and go on new adventures. I love 80's rock to top 40's. I am a text addict. I LOVE me some NFL. I love being in the sun. I like to read, watch movies, shop, dance, eat, be active and expand my mind. I spent the first ***years of my life taking care of others, now I'd like someone who not only thinks of me often but takes care of me and makes me feel like I am the only woman out there. I am looking for someone reasonably local with an open mind, a sense of adventure, honest, a romantic heart, solid foundation with God, has a solid job and financially independent, celebrates little and big things, perhaps handy around the house, yard, or with cars, has a motorcycle (bonus points), understands what honesty is, will not cause drama in my life, an appreciation for life's challenges. I love my kids, my career, sushi, coffee, chocolate, live music, sitting outside (day or night), my hot tub, trips to new places, trying new foods, and just experiencing life with someone else. I can smell BS a mile away...yes even yours. :) Let's hit the road and stop at the first dive that catches our eye, try something we've never eaten before. Or see a comedy show.

Hi...if you're reading this...thanks for stopping to look. So, I'll just list a few things about me...1. My hobbies include: reading, hanging out with family and friends, pretty much anything sci-fi, playing munchkin or magic the gathering, cooking for people, camping, fishing, canning and prepping, gardening...2...I would love to be a stay at home mom...living off the land.3. What make me unique? What you see...is not what you get...I have many layers, not necessarily complex, but maybe a bit mysterious. This is a really tough question...because I'm my worst critic. So I'm moving on to the last one...4. In terms of music...I pretty much like it all...except for rap. I grew up on show tunes...but I'm a little bit country and a little bit rock and roll.
