Hi Ladies, I'm new at this because l'm just starting over after being out of the dating scene for so long . I just wanted to be honest from the beginning, I have two beautiful kids that are very important to me and are a big part of my life, but need some adult conversation sometimes. I'm in to being outdoors hiking, walking, swimming or just having a BBQ in the backyard. Rock-N-Roll is my favorite , but l listen to all kinds of music plus dancing is good exercise. Hi –I have been divorced for quite a while now and I continue to be surprised that there isn’t a large group of single 50-something year-old women lined up at my front door wanting to meet me. Strange – Maybe there is some confusion around my current address…..So while I sort that out I thought I would check out meetville.I turned 54 in June ***. I have two daughters ***and ***that I am crazy about and a great dog (a big yellow lab). I am close with my family and fortunate to have some good long-term friendships.I have generally been blessed with good health throughout my life. I consider myself fairly intelligent and well-educated.I respect integrity, character and authenticity and I try to live my life that way. I believe that compassion and strength is an excellent combination in a human being.I’ve been told (and I agree) that I am a funny guy. I like to make people laugh. Laughter is fun (a profound observation on my part) and it is important for other reasons as well.I am a pretty insightful person and usually a very effective communicator. I feel grateful that I have a good life but I would like to have a little more fun than I have had lately.; late spring-early summer is really great!Regarding romantic relationships, probably nothing surprising here; pretty much the basics: Love, respect, attraction, honesty, trust and passion are all critically important to me. I gravitate toward long- And, of course, a sense of humor is a huge plus.I try to exercise three or four times a week and, in case you haven’t noticed, I’m bald. Also, I believe I’m not very photogenic. But, of course, there is a distinct possibility that I am wrong about this, in which case I just think I’m more attractive in person than I actually am.For work, I am a CPA and CFP. I have my own practice through which I provide tax accounting and small business consulting services to my clients.I could mention music, politics, interests, philosophy, books, things that bug me, etc. but this profile is long enough already (maybe too long) and perhaps we’ll have the opportunity to talk about that stuff at some point in the future.And, of course, last but not least, I too am just as comfortable in that little black dress as I am in sweat pants and a t-shirt.If I start to get bored with what I am saying (or writing) then I try to stop as soon as possible – So it is time to close.Good luck with your search. I am flexible in this regard but I think it should be something simple and relaxing that would allow us the opportunity to talk and learn about each other.My gut is to have dinner together but meeting for a drink or coffee would be fine as well. A walk after any of them could also be cool.
