Goodness... talking about myself is a little harder than I thought it would be! Well, I am a 45 year old divorced mom of 3 wonderful kids ages 26, 22 and 18 with my youngest still at home. They are the world to me and thankfully I was blessed with really great kids! I have a job that I love, working for a local Hospice. My friends would say that I am fun, loving, honest, silly at times (ok, a lot of the time..lol) and maybe a little shy . I'm not a game player or drama maker and not interested in those that are. I love the simple things in life and love to laugh (and sometimes laugh and laugh) :) ... With the right person, anything can be fun! Some random things that I like are spending time with family and friends, good conversation, cool nights, kids, baseball, coffee, nascar, bonfires, small pubs, the color blue, live bands, nice smiles, and yes, I like cage fighting (to watch not to participate of course! :***I'm looking for someone who can be fun but still responsible, someone who has some of the same interests but who would also enjoy sharing their different interests with me. As silly as it sounds, I would love to learn about football.. if someone wouldn't mind taking the time to teach me..lol! Thats not mandatory however :). Really what I'm looking for someone who is considerate and loving, and just easy to be around... most importantly I'm looking for honesty and a best friend. I am in no hurry, relationships take time and I am looking forward to spending time getting to know someone special.

To you straight I don't want a boyfriend. I love to get out, walking around in a store, looking at things, is a pleasure, I worked at Home Depot and love to put things together, I fear not Ikea. It has been far to long sense someone showed me affection, meaning just holding my hand or giving me a random hug but I am not a person who crowds nor do I want that. I realize flirting is natural & do not get jealous when another does it, as long as I reap the rewards of the other person feeling good & happy with themselves.I love to get out as often as I can. Love to watch movies as they are a get away from my thoughts. You will come to realize I have a head that goes off on different tangents & you will get to laugh at me when I put my foot in my mouth. :) happens, a lot more often than I would like. :) I hope to travel on my weekends. Short trips are a blessing. What I am looking for is reasons to take those trips & reasons to share them. I do not care to be left behind all the time. It shows the person you are with, you can't imagine having fun with them if you want to leave them behind. Just means they are not the right person for you then. I have moved around a lot here in BC. Grew-up in the N.W.T, Arctic born. So have more of a small town view of friendship, don't make friends easily but when I do it is for life for me. I love to go out, doesn't really matter where, I am willing to experience just about anything, at least once. Sometimes it takes a new person to get you to step out of your safety zone. To step out of the everyday.I love humor, someone who can have me laughing even if I get a little mad. I love surprises. Random call to go do something is also nice & welcome. I am not looking to force anything. When I feel something that is awesome but I honestly have to be attracted to the person, otherwise I offer only friendship to anyone & everyone. Far from a gold digger type. Emotion and values in love are not based on wallet. I love talking to people from all walks of life, different ideas & beliefs. Learning is growth.
