Hello,Silly opening considering I am very down to earth. I recently moved from the Carolinas and miss them quite a bit. Why? I loooove to be outdoors. I love to hike, swim, run, camp, walk, bike...I am an artist at heart and I am very compassionate. I believe that people should treat others the way they want to be treated. My goal right now is to live life to the fullest, not to count on a computer only as a tool. My second goal is to move from this are in June. I would like to move somewhere that is somewhat more diverse, or wherever my heart takes me. Another aspiration is to become a better person. We all have things we can change about ourselves and sometimes we need reminders. I think that is fine. I welcome that. How can I fix it if I don't know it is broken. I am an artist at heart and travelled the world for 19 years. It is a great learning experience but eventually it gets old. Good friends are far away and it is nice to have a place to call home. I love music, especially live music. There are two things I cannot live without, music and laughter. If there is no laughter there is no relationship. I have written better descriptions but this will give a pretty good idea of who I am. I treat others kindly even if they are just a face on a screen so to speak. The person on the other end has feelings. Always treat someone as if it was the last time you were going to see them. I like to let people know that they look good or anything positive that I can say. I opt to find the positive in everything. I have had a very trying year and have made it. My outlook now is so different. I am proud of myself and my accomplishments.I love music, it depends on my mood.- The first date should be something special but not a nerve wracking experience. I have found it very pleasing to go out with a man who is mature but loves to laugh. The place doesn't matter it is the person you are with. For me a man who opens a door for me would be very nice. A very elegant restaurant would not make me feel special but uncomfortable. If later we click fine. McDonalds would not be acceptable. If my date would carry on a conversation and know where to take me that would be awesome. It doesn't have to be so sterile that he can't ask but I am a bit tired of telling the man where to go...I am not picky so the effort counts more than anything. A great first date does not include a movie as it doesn't help us get to know one another. Finally a first date that involves anything unexpected would be great. Something silly, fun.

Revised, renewed, and changed a bit... (well I have so I figured I better do this too!)About me oh, lets see... I am tired of the bar scene, blind dates are awful, and so far this online dating thing is still to be determined. I consider myself very open minded, independant sometimes to a fault, killer organizational skills. I am honest, caring, sharing, and all those other words that describe giver (yes, Pisces). I like to think a true romantic as I seek romance, stomach flops, fireworks, passion, rapid pulse, and goose bumps. I consider myself straight forward and to the point, as I like to tell it how it is and not beat around the bush. But, with that said I do take other peoples feelings into consideration. OK, heres the gutts of it: I am 42 but totally feel like I am 32, My wii fit says I am 26... Really! .. long dark hair, brown eyes, funny, friendly, D&D free, ex smoker. 38C's, CURVES all over. Real teeth and I use soap and tooth paste every day. Now that's a bonus right there. No black hairy moles, and I even shave the legs and pits and trim the forest. I have no warrants for arrest that I am aware of. Home, car, dirty mind, devoted, reliable, gives 110%, empathetic, employed, clean, fair credit but working on it, no lists of regrets, cat like personality, self sufficient, plumber talents, black dress classy or jeans with a t-shirt sexy, nice with a twist of naughty, funny, passionate, barb-wired heart, professional, private, OK somedays my halo is held up by horns but is that a bad thing? OH and real ... plus don't forget the fabulous sense of humor. The whole package. Confessions: I used to drive my car like I stole it on the way to work until gas prices hit the roof. I am a fabulous singer... when I am in my car alone and no one else can hear me. Yes, I do own the left lane of the highway. Love to cook... just hate cleaning up. Coffee must be strong. Pepsi kicks cokes ass except when rum is involved. My favorite sound is my daughter laughing. Toenails should be pretty... no that's not high maintenance. Flip the pillow over for the cold side, leg hanging out of the covers to feel a chill. In any room of the house or with the lights on confident. Loneliness sucks, who doesn't agree with that. Whom do I seek? Yeah good question... Someone like myself, that knows what the word empathy means. I do not judge a book entirely by its cover, its what is inside that intrests me most. Someone that can carry a conversation, write a paragraph, accept faults, and is human. In a perfect world this person would like to share weekends full of excitment, even if simply taking a walk. Someone who will like myself show no mercy while playing Laser Tag. Someone daring enough to try something new (zip line at Greek perhaps) Eventually I would like to find the right person to grow old with, sit on the front porch and watch our grandchildren play in the yard. Someone to sit next to me at the large dinning room table and smile, feeling the complete satisfaction of being a proud parent. Someone that rolls over on a Saturday morning, pushes the hair out of my eyes, as they look deeply into mine, and doesnt mind morning breath. Someone that will value me for who I am and my sincerity, honesty, and my sometimes obsessive organizational skills. Guess that sums it all up. Drop me a line say hello I don't bite... well if provoked maybe! First dates are the hardest, I think a quick meeting to just get the ice broke works the best. Face it you know as soon as you met someone if you are attracted to them or not. There has to be some sort of spark, or the connection is just not made. If you settle with no spark then it is just... not there...Why settle be honest and don't drag it out. We are adults here. I am always smiling over on the yahoo if you find it under mms***.
