About Me

I am a single mom to three awesome kids. Gabriel 9, Gavin 3, and Sadie 4 months. I am recently divorced and was separated for over a year. My marriage lasted 11 years, and we were together for 12. I have joint custody of my sons from that marriage. I lost a little of myself and my identity between marriage and caring for children. I do not have a lot of free time, but I used to enjoy karaoke. I like listening to bands as well and watching movies. Am not athletic and do not typically watch sports, but would for the right guy. Tend to prefer non athletic guys. Usually go for geeks and nerds, who would rather play video games or go to superhero conventions,lol. Am a sucker for a honest to God country guy who fishes and maybe hunts, who can camp and rough it and who knows how to fix things, but I want him to be smart. I need some good, intelligent conversation. Am so tired of either one line responses that leave nothing to expand on or conversation centered on sex. I am not a prude. have even been known to have a dirty sense of humor, but for the love of God, get to know me. Good conversation with a guy who listens and tender affection with some romance turn me on more than bragging about bedroom talents. Am tired of guys who just want booty calls and who expect me to do all the driving. Am not interested in a one sided relationship or another controlling man. Been there done that and bought the t shirt, lol. I am a very silly, funny, honest, and caring woman. I smile and laugh a lot, but I also think a lot. People often describe me as bubbly and say my laugh is infectious. I am straight up and detest phoniness. I wear my heart on my sleeve, am polite, and care about other peoples' feelings. I put other people first and am a nurturer. I am fiercely loyal to those I like. I am an underdog and fight for the underdog. My weaknesses are clumsiness and being late. I am quirky and just try to do too many things. A lot of people underestimate me. Big mistake. I am actually kind of tough and capable, yet still a lady and girly girl. Love to dress up, yet still get dirty outside. Am naturally curious. Can be too impulsive at times, yet love to be organized. Hate clutter. Have cats right now and enjoy animals, but will soon not have them when I move. Am a pretty easy going woman. Am looking for a man to appreciate me and who knows how to have fun. I need a man who can communicate. Would like a man who is kind of outgoing, at least after he is comfortable with me. I have a brilliant imagination and very entertaining dreams. Would like a man who can really add something special to my life and who also wants to help others, and he must enjoy kids. My kids are my first priority and my greatest joy. I enjoy movies, but it would be best to be somewhere where I could talk and get to know someone, maybe for a meal or coffee. it is not about the money spent,but the quality time spent. Spending time in the outdoors is always fun too. i really enjoy fishing. Would like to have someone to fish with. Am a country girl at heart, but can adapt to other situations. I would like to find my best friend and a man who makes me laugh and enjoy life from a different perspective. I like to go out and try new things, but I also really enjoy staying in with that someone special. . I believe that the simple things in life are what really matter, I want a man who is smart and can have a good conversation,yet still can get dirty outside. I want a man who knows things,but can still fix things. A guy who can wear a suit or jeans,and can adapt to different situations. A man who is honest,but yet has a sensor. I want a man who can laugh and b serious,who is protective,yet sensitive. I need a man who really knows himself,with a strong character and values. I am not typically into a lot of tatoos on a guy, but I can respect it if they have a special meaning. I am attracted to different kinds of guys. What is inside is most important. I want a guy who feels the same way. I am not interested in guys who are only interested in the physical. While physical attraction and chemistry are a good start and imperative, they do not make a relationship. I have been hurt and have had a lot of pain in my life, but I am hopeful that the right man is still out there for me. I ultimately want to fall in love again, but I am always open to new friends.

    I love this part! We should all talk about ourselves more often. I like to think I am a pretty outgoing being who loves sports. I end most days with a glass of wine and Sportscenter.
