Looking for: man. In age: 30-40
I decided to give this online dating thing a shot after much persuasion by my friends and family. I will be honest, I was definitely a little reluctant at first, but figured I have nothing to lose. I am not a complicated person. I love to have a good time and laugh. I can have fun no matter what I am doing. I truly believe that it does not matter where you are, it's the company you're with that matters. My niece means the absolute world to me and spending time with her, my family, and friends is one of my favorite things to do. I don't have a check list of things I'm looking for in a man but trust is extremely important to me. I want someone that is honest and that I can be comfortable with. I'm looking for a friend first and foremost and most importantly someone who can make me laugh. Anywhere we could talk and get to know each other better.

Who am I??? Well most of my friends would say I am a world traveler who doesn't know how to stay put (but I am trying). I am someone who always pushes the envelope (which can be good and bad) and usually gets the desired outcome. I lead my life with no regrets, and always find a way to make the most of situations. I am dedicated to friends and will always go out of my way to see them, wherever they are. I guess a round about statement to describe me is "I am simple, but yet completely complex".I have been living and traveling overseas for the last two and half years (mostly in Australia), so being back in the States is a change for me. While away I had the pleasure to experience many countries/cultures in that time and loved every minute of it. It has changed who I am as a person, and I would like to think for the better. I have crossed many places off my list, but as a true traveler I have in turn added twice as many that I want to go to. So who am I looking for? Good question. What I do want is someone that can keep up with me in all aspects of life, whether it is conversations, writing, doing adventurous things, or traveling. I am full of energy and like to fly by the seat of my pants a lot of the time. I want someone who is just as comfortable lying around watching movies as they are to pick up and jump on a plane and go somewhere exotic or fun for the weekend. I need someone who is a people person and is just as passionate about meeting new people as they are about having new experiences in life. I find myself to be fairly articulate in speaking and writing and hope to find someone equally as well spoken and versed. I love intelligence. I find it sexy when a man challenges me with new facts or knowledge. I definitely have an opinion and you must too. That doesn't mean you are rude and say things that are inappropriate, it just means you know what you want and don't want and how to express it. Another huge criteria for me is manners-MUST have them. There are enough rude and selfish people out there-I don't want to date one. I still value a gentleman who knows how to open doors and such:)These are just a few quirks and details about me and what I like and don't like. Of course, I also like a great smile, good body, robust sense of humor, brilliant open mind, friendly demeanor, and ambitious attitude as well. But that's just being downright picky I suppose. I am open to meeting people as friends or possibly something more-either way I am a no pressure girl. Also, there are two things that I hate that I have to mention but they keep reoccurring. 1. Please live in the city or very nearby. 2. Please respect my age limits that I have selected for dating ***least***most). Example - If I was just born when you were graduating college, it is not going to fly. I think you catch my drift. Thanks:) A fun date for me is one in which we are both comfortable and being ourselves (as much as you can be on a first date). I prefer a pub to a five star restaurant (not really my thing) and like creativity, but it can be also be simple if the chemistry is right:)
