Hi :) Im just a simple country girl that is looking for a clown ninja dude...just kidding. Ninja would be cool, but just funny and good morals are a must. My atire is not boots and or a cowgirl hat, but I stay in jeans and tennis shoes. I can clean up pretty nice when needed. I play acoustic guitar and write poetry. I like music art and movies. I love to cook and eat, but I balance with exercise to stay fit. Music likes vary from classical, country, rock, grunge ...OK I just like all kinds. Im down for all kinds of movies and all kinds of food. I have a happy life and Im just looking for that someone to share it with. I'm goofy and like to joke lots, but really kinda quiet. I dream of walking the beach hand in hand with my true love and yes I am an idealist,but can be just as much a realist. Just BBQing and chatting by an outdoor fire while sipping a cold one with someone that is genuine and down to earth, sounds just a appealing. I think I am really better looking in person, I guess because I have a personality. I'm pretty straight forward and just plain blunt at times. I have to wonder what you guys must come across on these dating sights. I hear a lot of you say" I don't need to see your boobs" and complain about girls not wanting bs and games, to find that is what they are all about. Well...no boobs and no games here. If you dig beyond the surface you just might find a jewel there...I was thinking I should make sure that anyone interested is aware that I am a Christian and I try and live my life according to those standards. I understand how abused that word is, but it comes the closest to how I believe. I'm honest, sensitive and empathetic, but try and not make myself out a fool for being so. I am different and I know it.I like to write poetry. I don't claim to be the best at it. I use it as a means to vent and express myself. I write my dreams as well and this is a recent one.I was walking along a brick wall running my hands over the cold smooth surface. The wall was very long and tall. I found it to be beautiful. I stopped to look closer at the details and found that it was constructed of trillions of puzzle pieces of all shapes and colors. I became very sad, I began to understand that these were people. All connected and all serving a greater purpose. I was sad because my piece was not apart of the wall. I came to the end and walked away. As I did I stepped into the light and became very happy. The light lifted me into its arms and knew I was going home. The ones apart of the wall were a slave to it. I was sad never to know the comfort of not being so different, but so very glad to be free of it.And really, some people need to have a little more humility and less ego...just sayin' Lunch in the park or meeting up for coffee.

I am truly a down to earth person that is not dramatic and I tend to avoid others that are dramatic. I am non-materialistic, not high maintenance, and truly look at life as the glass is half full. I am very appreciative of the simple things I have in life and do not take it for granted. People create their own misery by wanting more more more more. Healthy lifestyle is a must for me, including staying actively fit, eating right, bathing every once in a while, and being surrounded by healthy minded folks. My interest involve exploring different taste, sounds, smells, cultures, and sights that this great world has to give."Variety's the very spice of life, That gives it all its flavour" I love all sorts of music, although I have no idea who is on the Top 40's these days ( nor care really ). I absolutely love going to live music in the area and supporting the musicians. My range of music is all across the board from World music to Bluegrass to Blues to meditation mantras. I rarely ever watch TV as I hate violence for entertainment and commercials bore me to death. I do like to watch a good movie and tend to enjoy the ones that involve human passion on a subject, and often the movie is based on a true story. My big meditation is being out with nature one way or another. Must have. Travel is also a huge passion of mine. If your fear of flying prevents you from seeing this incredible world then I think our relationship would be short lived. Soooo much to see in this world and so little time. I was spontaneous and free and I had and absolute blast.The highlights of this trip was my show at Red Rocks Ampitheater and also my hike up to the Hanging Lake Trail. Both a test of endurance and so peaceful. I would have to say that I am attracted to men that have a laid back personality and a calm disposition. This doesn't mean a couch potato, but a man that is mature enough to handle lifes conflicts head on with willingness to resolve calmly. Mostly he must have a kind heart and a good sense of humor. Priorities would be family and friends ( in that order ), even though they can be a challenge from time to time. Again healthy minded social friend with the desire to engage in new experiences and build on personal growth ( such as taking up basket weaving or brewing home made beer ....YUM! ). A man who is very environmentally conscious is an absolute must ! Our mother earth is groaning and she needs our help. Oh....and he really would have to like dogs. I have never been able to connect with people that do not like dogs. I suppose I am sort into the pack living where everyone helps each other out.Their are not too many men on this site that I find to fit this criteria but then again their is a WIDE spectrum. Maybe someone can surprise me. I will say that I really have no interest in long distant relationships. Their just isn't enough time or energy to tackle that dreaded interstate to meet for coffee. And I reallllllly can't handle smokers. It is really horrible to make out with a ashtray. If you smoke give it a try. Best of luck to all and be kind to one another. Wack a few golf balls at the driving range? Play a friendly game of pool or volley a bit of tennis. I am up for anything fun.
