Good day and welcome to my profile, I’m guessing that since you’ve made it this far you still haven’t found that special lady. You know, “The ONE” who might make your heart beat a little faster or “The ONE” you just can’t stop thinking about every waking moment.So now that you’ve stopped by and perused my photos you have choices to make. With that said, I am hopeful that you’ve gotten over all the available T & A on this site because as most of us can see, there’s "Plenty Of That". Seeing as I’ve sailed this ship before I’m aware of how honest and forthcoming some of us can be around here. Bearing this in mind, I’ve decided not to bore you by divulging all the intricate details of my life. What I will tell you is that I have no skeletons in my closet; I may have a few empty wine bottles here and there but really, no skeletons. My eating habits are healthy, that’s not to say I won’t skip a meal on occasion and indulge in something sweeeet and delicious. I have nothing against exercise but I certainly can’t think of an exercise regimen I care to practice daily. Let’s face it, the gym gets Booor ring!!! So if your profile indicates that you spend most of your life at the gym, you're probably not my type. I prefer to exert myself physically in more unconventional ways like mowing the lawn, cleaning windows, washing the car, or shoveling snow when necessary. Really, what were you thinking??? That was fun, so if I still have your attention here's a little bit about the serious me; I consider myself a real lady through and through and will dress up or down depending on the day or event. I am very down to earth and not materialistic in any way, I raised two boys so I love to play outdoors and get dirty if needed. – I have a sarcastic streak at times but not a mean bone in my body, it’s all in fun because I love to laugh. I love my job of 12 years, enjoy going out, staying in, sunsets, sunrises, reading, traveling, the beach, long drives, chocolate, shoe shopping,, chocolate, etc. etc. etc. l do all the things I mentioned above because I enjoy doing them and if something needs repair I'm usually up for a good challenge. I despise drama so I’m glad I'm not in your shoes looking for a woman. - I Love my life, love my children and rising early on most days, those are three things you can count on. I have lots of great friends and a loving family in good times and in bad. I'm just looking for that special someone to share this journey of life with like many of you. That someone will look at me like I’m the only one in a crowded room, sounds kind of corny maybe but not if you've been there. It's a GREAT feeling! I am an outgoing person who has many friends and interests. I love to stay active and try new movies and restaurants,or can be just as happy staying in and watching some TV. My background was in sales and marketing and I was very fortunate to retire 10 years ago . At that time I decided to embark on coaching girls volleyball, and so that's what I do most of the year as a volunteer for the high-school, elementary school, and a club team.I have a second home at Whistler where I head almost every weekend and most holidays. It is there that I relax, watch TV or movies,mountain bike,golf, and downhill ski. Skiing is my winter passion and I need someone who loves it as much as I do. Generally I ski ***days a year.This year will be a lot less as I have had hip replacement surgery on Oct 7th.The person I would like to meet is kind,easy going,intelligent but not a know it all, must have a wonderful sense of humor and sense of adventure and be open minded. Controlling,chauvinistic, or condescending to others are deal breakers for me.I am attracted to an honest,good communicator who makes a relationship a priority should be financially independent,well traveled, and cultured.I am a strong and independent female who needs a man who likes that, however the soft side of me would like someone who has a caring and attentive nature,who opens the door for me and pours the wine, helps me unload from Costco and does not just sit and read the newspaper while I huff it out.I would respond well to a man who is thoughtful, kind and giving I also would like to meet someone who lives within a 20 minute drive from my home in Ambleside.lolAlso someone between the ages of 45 and 54I know this is a big wish list but worth trying,right? going for a coffee and slow walk as i recoup from my hip surgury?
