*** I am ok with taking the train, light rail, riding my bike to meet up, but I can't get to a place not near to transit. And I am not into lengthy long distance or online bogus 'relationships', fully aware of catfishing***I like sports...not just saying I like sports because that's what chicks do so that a guy will like her. I watch baseball in April, not just in September. I know what offsides means in soccer. I know what the infield fly rule is and what icing is in hockey. I probably like sports more than youI can cook...and that doesn't mean throwing something into a pan from a box or a can. I will break down a whole counter of fresh ingredients and make you a dinner like you would have in a restaurant (probably better)I have a sense of humor, and sometimes it's kinda snarky and sarcastic. Takes a certain kind of guy to be able to keep up with me...which leads me to...I am really intelligent...and no, I didn't go to college (although I am going to school now). This kind of smart comes from living life, taking in all the experiences that I can and learning from it. You'll have to be on your toes with meI have curves for days. I may not be a skinny little thing, I am thick, curvy, strong and kinda sexy in an amazonian kind of wayI am active. Yes, I do yoga and pilates however I am also strong, really fit, take the stairs *** the elevator kind of fit. I work out every day, would be great if that guy in my life did too. Going out for coffee is a great start, you can sit and talk, its casual and it can have a definite ending point or if there is any chemistry, you can go for a walk and see where it leads Or something active like a hike or a bike ride, even miniature golf, something where you can have fun, be physical and get to know one another

I need to be able to refill my depleted reserves. I enjoy any activity around the water. Even my favorite vacation is cruising. Just give me my Kindle, iPod, some sun and water and I am good to go. IT was my goal this summer to have a killer tan and i succeeded!!! I may not be great at fishing but I have no problem relaxing quietly while some one else enjoys the sport. If I knew how to dance I might enjoy music more, but I do like listening to live bands. I enjoy having someone to share my life and expose me to new things. I recently got custody of my 17 year old godson and am a parent for the first time in my life. He's showing me a more active lifestyle. No longer the quiet book worm I tried to be. Its been fun, but no teenager wants to hang around with a parent all the time, right? I would like to find a partner in life. Someone to share my experiences with, good and bad. I don't need someone to fix things or try to make it all better. I am way too independent to go for that. I want someone to bounce ideas off of and tell me when I could be making a better choice, but not force me into it.I like to try new and different things. I actually got my para-plane license when I was younger. I love to fly! The feeling of being up in the air with nothing coming at you... incredible. My favorite movie is Titanic, for the history of it all, not the romance. I have been a Titanic buff since a kid. I have books and artifacts that I treasure. Then again I like history period. My favorite memories as a kid involve traveling around the country seeing battlefields, museums, historic monuments.
