Ok so i had a profile here before and worked so hard on my bio so that id only attract whom or what id be attracted to..i basically wrote a novel describing everything i wanted and or didnt want..! Lol;) i am a sicilian girl just waiting to meet my other half. Im a one man kinda gal so im hoping to meet someone with the potential for a lasting relationship. I like to explore and do day trips/long weekends and would really love to share that with someone that I care about. We could learn so much about each other while we experience new places. My job is creative and I like to make things, whether it is sewing, knitting, decorating or a DIY project.I'm a kind, compassionate, understanding person. I like to laugh and think that I can make most people laugh too. I can be kind of shy at first, but warm up quickly. I make friends quickly and really care about others. I would love to meet someone who likes spending time together and can enjoy a comfortable silence between the two of us. I am affectionate and open hearted.My focus for ***is to get out and meet people, and I'd like to meet someone to share my life with. . .). I love being an aunt, spending time with my nephews is great, I like having them spend the weekend and taking them to museums, theme parks, just generally spoiling them! They don't live nearby so I take advantage of every opportunitity to spend time with them. I like museums, movies, theater, live music and reading. I enjoy reading the New Yorker when I have a chance.;I love learning about other cultures whether it is drinking a bottle of wine from a region I'm not familiar with, seeing a foreign film (I don't mind subtitles) or trying out a new restaurant. I enjoy traveling abroad, although now it's been a few years since I left the country - guess that means I'm due for an overseas trip! I don't speak any other languages, but have an affinity for Spanish and can stumble my way through when I'm concentrating. A great first date would be trying something new, maybe curling? and dinner - I think that doing something that pushes you outside of your comfort zone is great conversation starter and will give us a shared experience in common.
