Hey there!..About me – I am a happy, independent, outgoing girl with a positive attitude. I am confident, funny, easy going, and take good care of myself. I love spending time around the pool or veggin’ at the beach, but the Fall is my favorite time of year. I enjoy watching pro football/golf, grilling out, and taking advantage of a nice fire in the fireplace. I have 2 kids - I share joint custody of them every other week. No ex drama by the way, we are still friends and he is a good dad. I have only been married once - for 16 years. I like various types of music, usually alternative, dancehall reggae, and popular country. I believe that solid physical AND emotional chemistry is a must, one doesn’t work without the other. About you – I am hoping to find a great guy that wants to start out as friends with the possibility of a monogamous relationship down the road. Looking for an all around good man who also has a great sense of humor and southern boy charm. I would like to find someone that likes to go places and do things but is laid back, not someone that is high strung or has to be constantly on the go. A guy that enjoys being near the water, grilling out, or just relaxing with family and friends is more my style. DEAL BREAKERS - I am NOT looking for someone that:- is fresh out of a marriage or long term relationship - has really young kids - is other than white - is unemployed (it has been my experience on this site that 'self employed' = unemployed most of the time, so be honest about your situation)- lives with his parents or other family members due to financial problems I could write a book and make millions on all the hilarious situations and psychos I have run into thru online dating. A few dates I have been on would be worthy of their own chapters! I come to the table free and clear of baggage and am in a good position to be a real partner.- I am not in the rescue business. I love an excuse to get all dolled up and hit the theatre or a nice restaurant, but don't feel the need to do this all the time, but once in awhile is nice. I travel a lot, often to a tropical place two or three times a year. Really want a partner for that.Really looking for people to hang out with and enjoy life with. If you are not very educated we probably won't have much in common. I am most attracted to men that don't look like seniors and are reasonably in shape. Love nerds. Won't respond to you if you have shirtless bathroom shots, sunglasses, seem conceited or uneducated, or haven't held on to a relationship more than a year. It saddens me how many men are unable to make time or room for others. I can't believe how many slimy married or attached men there are on this site. Also, some of you look like your profile pic is taken in a cell. Don't even bother!!! Ah the coffee date? Is there anyone else that doesn't like them?They are like a job interview. I find them so generic sounding and cheap. My skin crawls when I get asked on one. I also think they are boring. Breakfast is nice. So is pizza or wings and a beverage. Less impersonal.
