Hey! Thanks for stopping by!Well, I am on this site to try something new and stem out from my normal social scene. (not that it's bad by any means...I just want to meet some people with different interests). I would consider myself a constantly evolving and optimistic person. By day, I'm a nerdy scientist. I wear a lab coat and safety glasses, and spend my days mixing solutions and prepping samples. I work as an Analyst in a toxicology laboratory, and I absolutely love it. I guess I'm a bit of a science geek, and I love being surrounded by my ridiculous coworkers. (I swear they could base a show around the things that are said behind closed doors) I also love the fact that I learn something new every day, and that I have access to some incredibly brilliant people in my field. That being said, I would actually prefer a partner who works in a completely different field. You can only talk about beakers and pipets for so long....By night, I'm a laid back type of girl. I love to laugh and get to know people. I love cooking, going to movies and having coffee with friends. I'm more comfortable talking one on one, and I prefer an intimate atmosphere rather than a nightclub. I'm an art lover, and I support the art community any way I can. I'm also really into running and cycling, and I do a lot of races throughout the year. I'm constantly working on myself physically, and I take my health very seriously. I'll never be a tiny stick of a woman....so if that's what you want....don't waste your time--or mine for that matter. I'm a healthy "curvy" body type, and I like how I look. I don't really have a body type that I look for in a man, but I do have a thing for dark hair and blue eyes.So, what am I looking for? Well, I have had a lot of good and bad experiences dating over the years. Luckily, the good has outweighed the bad, and I'm open to a new relationship. So I have been on here a couple of times before, but with not much luck. I have been out of the loop for a couple of years, due to focusing on my career. I have accomplished that and am now doing something that I love and am completely passionate about. Now that I am done with school, I have some free time and would like to ease my way back into the dating scene.Some things about me...Well, I cut hair for a living and I love making people feel good about themselves. I endured child birth just so I could have live-in house keepers I'm not the type to sit at home, any free time must be filled with some kind of activity When I do have time on my hands I'm reading. I can't hit a golf ball to save my life but I can drive the cart like a champ Don't ever ask me to go fishing My mom is my best friend Explosions tend to hapen in my vicinity I work hard but play harder, that's never gonna change My top 5 great first date ideas. 1. Change your *** married to each other and watch people go nuts 2. Find a nice quiet table in the lawn and garden section of Walmart prop our feet up and get to know each other 3. Put on Little Bo Peep costumes and run into the 24 hour adult "bookstore" screaming "We need a sheep and we need one now!" 4. Dinner at his mom's and introduced as the stripper he fell in love with 5. Go to Crackerbarrel for dinner and for desert pull out a bag of marshellow, a few sticks, grab a couple of rocking chairs, and commence to having a romantic evening by the fireplace.
