But I do have solid integrity and am grounded for the most part.I am physically active and love to hike, bike, walk, roller-blade, and play a lot of soccer when I am fit. When I am working on getting fit (again) I do all the same stuff daily-- just a lot less vigorously. I also do yoga and pilates regularly because I love how they feel. I need to move daily in one form or another, without it I would go mad. But, I am no longer a fanatic.My life is constantly changing, as it should.
