A little about me,.....I'm a high energy girl that enjoys a lot of the things that most people say on this site,....so here goes :) I like to stay active -- working out, playing sports with my sons, biking, etc. I enjoy doing everything in the city -- restaurants, events, wine bars, the beach, etc. It's a great city, so I try to take advantage of everything it has to offer. I have a great group of friends and very supportive family (although out-of-state). I truly value the importance of having and maintaining strong friendships, I'm a bit sarcastic and try not to take things too seriously. Life is busy, so I try to have a good balance and mainitain a pretty drama free environment. I try to be a good communicator, considerate of others and this year find a more significant way to give-back. Finally, I have two amazing boys that are active in sports and keep life fun. They are social, sweet and generally well behaved (clearly somewhat bias, but most people agree). A little about someone that I would be interested in,... I'm interested in meeting someone that likes to be active, that can have great conversations on a variety of topics, someone that is sarcastic, funny and charming. I tend to plan a lot of events professionally and personally, so dating someone that takes the initiative and plans dates is a plus. Someone who values their relationships with family and friends, who is honest, compassionate, appreciative and of course, likes kids :)Lastly, I'm trying to keep this fairly breif,..I think the fun in dating is getting to know someone, not reading about them online. I feel (and this may sound odd,...but) it's important to actually call and talk on the phone. I think texting is great for many situations, but really difficult to get to know someone by simply texting. That's all for now.

I've taken a lot of time off of dating. I am not interested in casual dating as it is stated here, but all dating has to start as casual. Different people bring out the different facets of us, so I'm not making rules. I'm also not having expectations that aren't reasonable. We may miss out if we do that. If I knew what worked I wouldn't be here. I am in absolutely no hurry and want to take the time to develop a solid relationship. There's not much of a chance of me changing my basic nature at this point. I am always open to personal growth though. I don't have the desire or strength to be what I'm not. Hi! Here are a few tidbits about me....I have gotten serious about working out over the last year. I workout at least 6 days a week. I may hike, bike, blade, jog, or hit a crossfit class. I also enjoy working in my yard and hanging out with friends. I'm kind of a Science nerd. My work pretty much defines me- through the week I'm in work mode. I don't go crazy on the weekends, but I love that I can relax.I LOVE my Buckeyes! I catch one or two games a season.I have 2 cats. One I found while hiking at the dam.
