I am an artist, most of the subjects I choose to freeze in time are an attempt to pay homage to this theme, I want to draw you the viewer to experience the natural beauty in a moment of time......to cherish it while we are still here…and realize that it will not last...but is so sacred and blessed.. A sober reminder of that which is rapidly vanishing.....The all too transient brilliance of a sunset, the mystical light at dawn on bodies of water and fields, clouds hastening through the sky, passing over new landscapes, the raw power of a storm, the evocative colors of a field of flowers, a moment when the trees are engulfed in flame, before leaves decay in autumn, the pure majesty of the sun on ice and snow, warmth reflecting on ice as golden frost ....all fragile and ephemeral purity, pausing in contradiction to the midst of our chaotic, and often too short and stained journey
