I would like to find a good man with whom to have a relationship; someone I can trust and on whom I can depend. Dating, however, can be simply as nice. In the meantime. . .I'm enjoying my adventurous journey across life's landscape, where I've never met a stranger - so many stories, so many experiences. My two addictions: meeting new people and reading books (various genres on both counts LOL!) Meeting a new person is like reuniting with a long lost friend. I'm a terrific listener and can discuss any topic with relative intelligence and/or humor. :) I'm NOT a workaholic - I like variety and moderation in life. I take time to stop and smell the salt from the ocean wafting in on the evening breeze, appreciate the array of glittering stars, and watch two mockingbirds share a french fry. I've traveled domestically and internationally as well as danced in the rain (incl. lightning storms) and frolicked on moonlit beaches. I'm a happy person 90% of the time as I try to keep my dark places cordoned off, not that I don't enjoy a visit a couple times a year. I have recently joined a local gym and workout on the weight machines three days a week. I also speed walk/jog 30 minutes, five days a week. I now have some muscle definition. YEAH!!!Looking for a man who can be a bit goofy and silly, who is open, and who is honest. Actions = words, and words = actions. I love animals, especially dogs. I have no interest in having my own children, but if you have kids, that's cool. I do NOT enjoy viewing romantic-comedy movies, though I have sat through them with friends (small compromises are important for good relationships).
