I'm an IT professional (currently in desktop support) who also likes to be artsy. I'm an ex band geek and drama dork and love to talk about music, theater, acting, etc. Technology is (obviously) something else that I love discussing. I work full time and take classes full time, so I stay rather busy, but I do try to get out as much as I can. Or have a night in. I really enjoy everything from movie night to painting the town red, to staying home to doodle. Video games are another hobby, but I don't get a lot of time in to play :( Music is a big part of my life. I'm a fan of rock, metal, classical, dubstep, indie.... basically anything but country and rap. There is some modern pop I'm okay with, though.I have a goal to get onto the systems team at work. The idea of sticking with IU until I can retire with full pension has floated around in my head, too: I'd still have plenty of time left in life to pursue another goal (or maybe teach! I want to better myself and work as hard as I can through work and school. I'm not a fan of being in a relationship with a guy who doesn't have long term goals.I'm pretty outgoing and chat about anything. This isn't an IM service. ;) Wow this is a hard thing to come up with. I don't like movies for first dates because there's no room to talk and get to know someone. I'm pretty okay with going for a beer, a coffee, dinner...a walk... anything. I'm a sucker for picnics.
