Even though I work in a place where I could be eaten at any minute.....for me, life is for living. I love meeting new people and doing new things. There's so much to love in life, but my current favourites are photography, Ceroc dancing, fun days out, live music, history, comedy, films, nice nights in and hanging out with my friends.I've been told I'm passionate, warm, intelligent, creative and sometimes very funny. I blend in anywhere, suit and tie or jeans and t-shirt. I don't judge books by their covers and I don't look down on anyone (unless they're pregnant and smoking of course!). I'm a very free thinking person and am not stumped by much. I have my act together, my life is going well and my head is screwed on. Of course, it still falls off every now and then, and occasionally needs a Resolve Extra to put it back on. About you. I'm looking for things in addition to outward beauty. Just because a girl is good looking, for me, doesn't always mean she's attractive. I'd like to connect with a woman based on her personality, adventurous outlook, wit and intelligence. These things are important, because what's the point in waking up with someone who you think is beautiful, but who you don't want to spend rest of the day with? It's the online equivalent of chatting someone up in a nightclub...and then being sick on their shoes.Don't forget the awesome power of Photoshop...and what miracles it can do for fat ugly men.Do write something a bit more exciting than "I like dvd's, walking and reading." You might as well put "I like blinking, breathing and farting." while you're at it.Do put a good photo of you on your profile...the right way up...not looking like a duck...in your bathroom mirror.Do try and make an effort when sending the first *** 'the cleansing' comes, the "Hey babe, howz u?" tribe will be first.Do check the spelling in your profile, or you might end up sounding a bit 'fick'.Do understand that online dating is a lot like shopping at TKMaxx. There's good stuff in here, but you have to rummage around.Any ideas for more? I'd go to bed the night before thinking OH.....MY.....GOD.....it's tomorrow!I'd wake up in the morning all excited. I'd get no work done all day. People would ask me what I'm stupidly smiling about. I'd get home, and the 3 hours before it's time to walk out the door to meet you, would feel like 3 weeks. I'd be ready an hour too early. The taxi would be booked well in advance...but I'd still ring them to check they haven't got it wrong.But then I'd pick you up, and everything would be fine. You'd be even more amazing than I dreampt (dreamt? dreamed? dreamedpt?). We'd be nervous but excited. We'd get to the bar/restaurant/theme park and start chatting.The rest of the story? Well I'm buggered if I know. *** let's find out.
