My aspirations include the continuation of educating elementary students, but also exploring the aspect of teaching at the college level. I believe that teaching keeps one young and alive...and continues to enhance life long learning. Learning for me includes reading historical novels, textbooks, and documents. Museums, Renaissance festivals, and historical sites are my favorite places to visit. I have an art and art history background and love to oil paint...art is the spice of life. Being outdoors and spending time in nature is relaxing, whether walking in the woods or gardening. I have many tastes in music from classical to country, which also includes New Age, along with classic rock from the 70's and 80's.;my children who live at home." My daughter and her family are the great joys of my life...the time I spend with my granddaughter is one of the greatest pleasures for me. Children enhance our lives by gently guiding us see the world through their eyes...and what an interesting and beautiful perspective.I believe relationships are built on friendship, trust, loyalty, and a sense of humor. (Laughter is just an essential part of life...***people may have similar and different interests and hobbies, but the most important part of a relationship is sharing time together. That said, I am an independent and self-assured woman who understands that each person needs to have time and a little space in a relationship as well. However, this is where loyalty and trust are ultimate characteristics for success...with an abundance of love.For fun...I enjoy most anything that has to do with historical aspects, nature, and art...of course driving a vehicle with a 5.7 Hemi is always exciting. A first date...going for a walk at a local state park...one of the most beautiful in the eastern United States. Talking and getting to know each other, while being comfortable in nature and jeans...Smiling. Cooking out and having dinner at one of the park shelters...the sun setting over the trees and the park gorge. Watching the stars appear and the moon rise in the evening sky. Quiet and intimate...
