I'm still unsure how I feel about the online dating thing, but I like the idea of having a chance to come across someone I may never get the opportunity to otherwise, whether a few words are exchanged, you find a friend, or a relationship, to each their own. I love the outdoors, I've always been a bit of a country girl and hope to end up in that kind of atmosphere one day, though I'm living in the city this year and so far it's great! I love horseback riding, sailing, yoga etc, and am lucky enough to teach it to kids with intellectual, developmental and learning disabilities in the summer. I love to camp and hike with my dog, take in the fresh air, and the stars if you're lucky enough to see them.I hope to one day specialize in canine and equine therapy while focusing on children with autism- I am currently working on my masters to do so. Music is my passion, whether it be listening to it, writing it, singing it, or going to see a live band, my favourite genres are Folk, Indie, Jazz and Blues, and someone who shares a passion for music is important to me. I've also founded a non profit organization to re-home abandoned cats, dogs, horses and rabbits, something on the side to try to give back a little.That's just a little bit about me.
