UPDATE: I am getting to know someone at this point and I prefer to give my attention and respect to only 1 person. I am kind of old fashioned that way. So I am sorry if I don't respond at this time. Thanks and good luck. I am not the normal average guy. Being a guy I know what the normal average guy is, and I would have to say I am definitely not that. My friends would say I am the "nice guy". Now I really think I am more than that so sometimes I am lured by the temptation of donning a "no more Mr. nice guy" persona. But why? Since when is being nice something to be ashamed of? No, I'll stick with the truth. My hope would be that you will want to find out for yourself. Some reasons why I am not the average guy? I am not afraid to show my emotions. If that makes me some kind of wussy, so be it. I am very faithful. My record is perfect and it will remain intact. In fact, I find infidelity disgusting and unacceptable for any reason. I have strong morals and believe in old fashioned romance. The world could use a lot more of it. The person I date deserves my full attention, so I will only date one person. Sound old fashioned? You bet! I am open to all kinds of interests. Live theatre on Friday, but you might find me at the local dirt race track on Saturday. Roller coasters to museums, bonfires to candle light dinners with this guy. I am not a daily drinker. I can be with friends and have a few beers, but it is not a lifestyle. Honestly, I don't drink much. I never drink at home and just drink occasionally when I go out. I am a God fearing man. I will never stop seeking to further my understanding and relationship with him. He helps me be a better man everyday. I will be opening doors for you. I will be getting wet and cold when the weather is bad while retrieving the vehicle from the parking lot while you wait patiently inside. Non-negotiable. I love to dance no matter the style. I do have a passion to learn country swing (partner pending). Lessons would definitely be something I would be willing to do. (yes, really!) UPDATE: I have now back flipped my first dance partner multiple times without incident or injury to either party. So be prepared. ;) I have been told that I am not supposed to put interests like cuddling, walks down dirt roads,and flirty silliness, because you think that I am just saying what a woman wants to hear. The heck with that! I love that stuff. I am an affectionate guy looking for an affectionate girl, so why not say so?-kart and 4- I would be fibbing if I said it was just for the kids. ;) You need anything done? Fixing stuff, building things, whatever, I am your man. "If the ladies don't find me handsome, at least they will find me handy. My goals? They sure are not materialistic. Goals of money, education, travel, etc. etc., that's just life. My main goal is to find someone to share and enjoy every aspect of life with, and accomplish goals and aspirations together. Sure, you will have individual goals, but I sure as heck will be there to support and encourage you through it all. My ideal partner? Well, she's pretty of course, but in a understated, deep kind of way. She's friendly, caring and bubbly, not hiding her feelings but being honest and open with them. Very willing to communicate. A sarcastic wit is a bit of a turn-on! Being affectionate is a huge plus. And lastly, she has a lot of love to give. In other words, I guess she's kind of like me! I am a good, hard working man, and whoever my partner may be someday is going to be a very lucky woman when it comes to love, respect, loyalty, honesty and being truly cared for, appreciated, and loved. Total commitment, better or worse, and never giving up no matter what! I know that confidence is attractive, but just because a guy like myself has trouble talking to a beautiful woman who he doesn't know, does not mean that I lack confidence in all aspects. Some men such as myself, who have been with one woman their entire life never imagined we would have to do this, and it is HARD. I am the type of guy who would rather catch each others glances from across a room *** doing this online stuff. You are the most beautiful creation that God ever made. So beautiful in fact, that it makes you intimidating to approach. So do not disregard the man that lacks the confidence to just walk up to you, or e-mail you and start a conversation, you may not know what you could be missing. Well, there it is, a little about me. So if you get sick of taking your pick out of all the, "Hey babe", "wus up", "U R HOT", messages you receive, I will be just sitting back patiently waiting for that special someone that just might read this and think, "This guy seems like he just might be a pretty darn good guy." (because I am) I would prefer not to add to your frenzy of e-mails, so if you find anything interesting about me, or want to know anything more, please do, I am an open book.
